The Agent Bureau is a UK managed AI agent service for small and medium-sized businesses. It operates AI agents on behalf of clients across front-office and back-office functions, including reception and call answering, sales lead follow-up, credit control and invoice chasing, marketing content, compliance registers, and general administration. Each function is delivered as a named managed “desk” — a configured AI agent operated and supervised by The Agent Bureau team. Clients select one or more desks depending on their requirements. All AI agents run on UK-hosted infrastructure with UK data residency. The service is operated by The Agent Bureau Ltd, a UK company based in England. Go-live is quoted at 14 days from sign-up, and clients can begin with a single desk before adding further functions. Sectors served include trades, healthcare and dental, insurance brokers, estate and letting agents, recruitment, construction, accountancy and payroll, social care, and logistics.
