The ability to attach documents and photos is a great tool and easy to use. I also like the ability to text and email clients right in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about The Agency Advantage?

I wish we had the capability to cut and paste from one feature to another. For example, when texting info to a client that was previously sent in an email, we cannot cut and paste - the information has to be re-keyed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
