ThankView has made it easier than ever to connect our campus with those alumni, parents, and the greater community. We know that we have a profound impact on our region and state, but now we have a quick visual way to do so. ThankView emails have our highest open rates and engagement. What problems is ThankView solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving a connection issue for our alumni. Most of our alumni are spread out or disconnected once they graduate since we are a younger institution. The video aspect helps us steward donors and connect with potential donors in a new and interesting way that was not possible before with social media. I love the endless options it affords for creativity, from having students appear in a video to share statements of impact, to the way that I can brand the envelopes, add a team photo as an outro, or include an image that has "Thank You" in multiple languages. ThankViews receive high open rates and occasionally a reply from an appreciative donor- which never happens from a mailing. It's also so easy to implement and saves time and postage. ThankView allows me to make stewardship more personal and meaningful, and to connect donors with the impact of their support- students! Although we still stack our stewardship options so that most donors receive a personal touch as well as a letter in the mail, many parent donors do not pick up the phone or panic when they see the school phone number calling, assuming that there is an emergency with their child/student. We have two separate email platforms, and we've noticed that this platform tends to have better CTR and open rates than our normal emails sent out. Our audiencess love to receive personalized videos from students, and our engagement feels more thoughtful. If I have any issues, their customer support is on it. So many systems and products are outdated or still work like dinosaurs. ThankView beats them all. Their retargeting and metrics are very helpful and easy to use. The ability to send video requests and highlight different features based on the type of ThankView message makes this a great tool for personalized communication. Our primary email platform doesn't accommodate embedded videos, which means an email containing a video previously required a third-party host (YouTube, Vimeo). Initially I thoughtI sent the video because it displayed in the recipient list as 'recorded' after a few minutes I realized that I needed to click 'schedule ' and choose to send the thnakview immediatly or at a later time. What do you dislike about ThankView? The only thing I would say is that I would like more templates for into, If there was as place to create one like the backgrounds that would be nice. We have been trying to find a way to communicate with our largest partner, who makes up about 100 locations. Thankview allows me to send everyone an update and show what everyone else at the location is doing via videos.
