This seems like a standard tool or benefit. I would also change the ease of custom envelopes and landing page backgrounds. **Recommendations to others considering ThankView:** Ask for samples of landing pages and custom envelopes before creating and using one of your designs. It's easy to customize - both for the receiver and my brand and message. It makes creating an entire multi-piece campaign strategy very easy. And, it's incredibly user-friendly. The interface is intuitive, streamlined, and easy to learn and navigate. **What do you dislike about ThankView?** Honestly, there is not much to dislike about this product. It even integrates into Salesforce so I can track its usage among individual donors. My only problem is that I like it so much that I have to be mindful of not over-using it. **What problems is ThankView solving and how is that benefiting you?** ThankView has been an excellent way for us to get our students directly in front of our donors. It has really helped to bridge that gap. We've noticed our donors are much quicker to respond to a solicitation with a gift when the solicitation is accompanied by a student thanking them for their previous gift and its impact. ### 9. It is even better that I get an email a day after each email/campaign is sent with a quick summary of how many emails were received, bounced, opened, etc. with immediate preliminary results of how my message was received. 4) I also like the fact that if I have any questions or problems that may come up with the platform (which has only happened once or twice), that their support team is very responsive/timely and knowledgeable with my inquiry. **What do you dislike about ThankView?** The only parts of ThankView I don't like are: 1) How I am able to organize the videos and campaigns. I'm pretty particular and OCD about how things are organized and there are some minor limitations about how the video library appears when videos are put into files/folders on the platform. 2) I also don't like the feature that as a creator of a campaign I can't limit/prevent or give access to those in my organization from making changes to the email/video templates I have created. Again, this all goes back to me being OCD and particular about things. **What problems is ThankView solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to ThankView, our organization is able to send video messages (personalized too!) to a large number of recipients quickly and easily, which is great! No more having to find a separate platform to host the video and worrying about whether or not the link in the email will work correctly, or having to worry if the image of the video in the email (which you'd have to create yourself) will appear correctly (or at all!). Other systems we've used to send emails tend to take hours to complete whereas ThankView takes just minutes to complete dispatching our campaign for us. ThankView is so efficient and a real timesaver to get our messages out. ### 10. It's annoying to have to clear out spam and/or bounced addresses before sending a ThankView to our whole constituent base. I preferred the pricing structure based on services utilized. Prior to Thankview, asking people to send me videos was such a hassle and required so much hand holding. There are so many opportunities provided through ThankView, and with our team working remotely and all at capacity, we didn't have a great library of add-on videos ready to use. For example, I'd like to be able to decide just how long the intro slide and music appear before the main message plays. **What problems is ThankView solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started using ThankView the first fall semester we had to cancel our annual in-person event where donors and scholarship recipients get to meet face-to-face. In lieu of that important event, we had each scholarship recipient send a hello video to introduce themselves and say thank you "in person" before written thank yous were mailed. If I had to make one suggestion it would be that they soon add a feature allowing a user to combine lists. I worked with ThankView last year on a dynamic personalization product -- they were extremely helpful from the conceptualization stage to the campaign's delivery. **What do you dislike about ThankView?** I would love it if ThankView were not viewed as spam within our students' inboxes--but not sure if there's anything that can be done about that :) There's very little I dislike about ThankView besides that! In the earlier years, you used to be able to put a cell number and an email in one single campaign.
