We’re a process-driven RFP team, and at our scale, it gets messy fast — multiple proposal people, operations reviewers, and two time zones. We implemented Thalamus AI for healthcare RFP responses, and the clarification register has honestly been one of the most useful workflows for us.

What stood out most for us is the Knowledge Hub. Instead of just searching old folders and PDFs, Thalamus converts hard documents into editable, structured content we can actually work with. It pulls out things like case studies, project experience, key personnel profiles, section-level proposal content, and Q&A pairs, and makes them reusable across future responses.

What I like is that this content is not just dumped into another library. Each item can be reviewed, updated, assigned to an owner, and tracked for validity. That makes it much easier to trust what the system is pulling into a draft. We’ve had fewer issues with outdated content and much less back-and-forth trying to figure out who owns what.
