What do you like best about TextUs?

I use TextUs for texting candidates and I appreciate the message seen status feature. The user interface and speed are great, as it quickly jumps to the portal during login and sends texts very fast. What do you like best about TextUs?

Ability to link my texting platform to our CRM system Bullhorn. Very easy to see notes track into the system from inbound and outbound messages. Clear tools for broadcasting vs traditional messages. Constantly using to keep in touch with my caregivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TextUs?

I think the pop out widget could be more efficient and work better. Sometimes it is clucky with pulling the correct number or numbers in general. Also wish it had an auto refresh every so often or a better notification as there are times I dont see new messages until I refresh the page myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
