**What do you like best about TextUs?**

I love textus because you can use it on your phone or computer and easily send texts. You can create campaigns and bulk messages for recruiting. You can talk with people without even having to use your personal number!

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

Honestly I'm not really sure that there is anything I don't like about textus. Sometimes they don't populate or notify on computer but they always do on my phone.

Textus provides a safe and easy platform to contact candidates and keep a relationship while also not having to use your personal number. It increases productivity.

I hope there's a feature like group chat aside from the campaign option.
A higher limit for file size in attaching images/files.

Sometimes we have employees who prefer to have their concerns attended to via Text instead of spending so much time over the phone. This actually makes us more productive on other areas too.

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

Text Campaign is something which I liked the most while using TextUS. Also, the reporting structure which TextUS provides by which we can easily pull out the report for an analysis. TextUS helped myself and team to get effective results in recruitment.

Limited word limits, and also some times we experienced that the candidates/resources were not getting texts on real time. But it as few times only, rest all is good.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving a problem of mass texting, and much more helpful in texting the candidates for any carrier holders without any consequences. Also, reporting is important and useful to pull out the effectivness.

I recently had the pleasure of using an outstanding text service, and I must say, it has revolutionized my communication experience. This exceptional text service has proven itself to be a game-changer in terms of efficiency, reliability, and convenience.

What I like about it is its user-friendly interface. 
Texts are saved, and can't be deleted, i like this feature.
And Email notification for text.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

I need to add every name and number to it. 
Need some shortcut to send the text to anyone, just with the contact number.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping every text, not deleting it. 
And closing the conversation when not in use.

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

The best part of TextUs is simply the ease of navigating it. Everything is straightforward, and it is simple to do things like searching/retrieving older contacts or editing their infomation. Our training on the program was brief but I was able to get in, play around, and figure everything out rather quickly and felt like I was a pro within a week's time.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

The only real issue I have with TextUs is the lag in receiving messages. It can be inconsistent. Sometimes a message will show up that says it's from several minutes ago. So far, it hasn't caused an issue, so it's just a minor problem. Additionally, there can be a inconsistency inbetween a message showing up via the app on my phone and via the browser. Sometimes the app is faster and sometimes it's the site.

**Recommendations to others considering TextUs:**

Even though it is simple to use, encourage your staff to play with the program, send practice tests, and get a good feel for how they want to make it work for them.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to easily edit contact information has made it easy for me to keep track of if I have personally interacted with a contact that one of my colleagues put into the system. I like to label my contacts a certain way so even if one of my co-workers initially entered them into the system, I am able to quickly edit them to my formatting which allows me to quickly make sure if someone is a new or old contact of mine. Also I have been able to increase my productivity by utilizing the campaign feature. Uploading from my company's ATS into TextUs has saved me a lot of time rather than manually texting every single person.

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

What I like about TextUs is that it's easy to navigate and very user-friendly. It also has a function for text blasts, which is very helpful in our organization when we are texting multiple travelers at once.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

What I dislike about TextUs is that when you click the compose part and send it to a specific person and you want to send a JPEG or PDF file, there's no option for that. You still have to search the inbox when you want to send a file for the traveler.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The contact numbers being organized is one of the business problems that TextUs is assisting us with. We can create a specific group for our travelers to which we can only send a specific text, and our business performance will undoubtedly improve!

I like how you can easily add new contacts and the system for organizing opened and closed texts

It has this weird quirk where whenever I add a new number that doesn't exist it recommends a bunch of random other contacts/numbers (this is relatively recent)

It's so great to be able to text back and forth with customers easily, at least half of my customer communication is complete this way

The user interface is very easy to use. If you're not a tech savvy user, you'll most likely to love it since you can navigate the software without difficulties.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

Apart from it's great features, TextUs in the web application sometimes encounter system glitches. It'll appear as sent but after refreshing for a couple of minutes, it'll say the message is undelivered.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since we're working outside US, email responses can be slow. This is where TextUs comes in. We can easily send messages to our client when we need to address matters urgently. Also, the ability to send mms and attach photos on text messages lessens the need for our client to send it through email. This is very time saving.

I like how you can clear conversations but you can go back to them if needed! I also like that it has the same phone number as our company phone.

The platform is extremely user friendly and was integrated into our CRM, which makes it an efficient way for tracking conversations with our talent pool. Our industry can be very fast paced so the campaign and template features make it a breeze to get a high volume of messages out quickly

I really like how there is a way to search through conversations. I can look up people by their names or number. I can even choose to receive emails when I get a text in the portal.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

As far as what I dislike about TextUs, sometimes, when I look through my conversation history, it will jump from a couple of days ago to a month ago, which isn't accurate because I text people daily.

They previously mentioned that they added a feature where you can search through conversation history through specific words mentioned in the conversation, which I think is pretty neat!

Not only is this an app to communicate with your professionals individually, you can also send out friendly text blasts to a large group!  The app gives you multiple quick view options that are both easy to use and function the same as the web page.

The template creations are really helpful. I also feel like the scheduling of text messages is helpful too. It helps make messaging streamlined, and ensures good communication.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

I think the mobile app can be challenging to use at times. It is sometimes harder to find the templates, and I also feel like I don't get updated push notifications.

It allows me to communicate with candidates through my work phone number while keeping my personal phone number private. The benefit is not having to worry about having my personal number out there.

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

TextUs is a great service for contacting multiple people at once.  They did not see other phone numbers or replies like a general group text does.  They also have great customer service if you need any help or training.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

Nothing to dislike about TextUs, it's easy to use on the computer or your phone.

Goup texting saves time!

I like how incorporated it with the system we use at work and how easy it is to use it with bullhorn

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

sometimes its alittle slow to load and it take a bit for my text messages to show, ans sometimes it does not match with bullhorn

Incorporating it to other aps it makes work faster and easier

I enjoy having the icon on my browser so I can instantly see if i've gotten a text.

I would like to be able to edit a text I sent out or unsend a message.

Easier communication with the candidates I'm working with. Most prefer text over calling and emailing.

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

TextUs is ideal in my line of work. It is user friendly and very reliable when it comes to communicating with my employees and applicants. I love being able to have a seperate number line to minimize the volume of calls i receive to my desk line directly!

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

There is very little that I do not like about TextUs. The only issue I have ever had with the program was a scheduled campaign being flagged as spam. This was easily and quickly resolved by the TextUs support team.

TextUs helps with easily being able to reach out to multiple applicants all at one time,that have applied through our company. I love being able to see the delivered rates as well as response data for my team.

It doesn't integrate with Paycom, so there are still manual processes for the team and I.

I love how you can see if a text was delivered. The conversations you have with people stay as a chat. So you can always go back and reference a conversation. I find that so helpful. The App is so easy to learn.

There us not much dislike about the app if i am being really honest. I have not ran into a problem.

TextUs is solving having to text ever person one by one. You can send out mass text blast. It's easy and saves you so much time.

It isn't easy to toggle between messages.

It solves communication issues with candidates. Whether I'm asking them to complete their application or inviting them to an interview, TextUs is an awesome benefit.
