You can only schedule texts in 15min intervals, not the exact minute.

I like how quickly we can contact candidates through TextUs. I also really like the campaign feature so we can reach out to multiple candidates simultaneously It is great, and have gotten great responses from candidates!

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

Sometimes candidates think that texts are spam and so they don't always take the texts seriously. Not sure how you can change this as you already have suggestions on how to craft the best text message.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just provides a quick way to contact multiple candidates and alternate methods to just calling someone on the phone. It better matches the communication style of our applicants.

I love how efficient Textus is. As a recruiter, outreach is a huge part of what I do, and Textus makes it easy! I can send marketing and updates to a big group of people within just a few seconds!

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

My one and only complaint is loading time. Sometimes my contacts are loaded quickly, and sometimes they don't load until the next day.  Loading time seems to be totally random on my end too.

Mass marketing! I can quickly send a message to those I am trying to recruit. Textus is very user-friendly too!

I can reach a large volume of candidates in a very simple and quick way. People are always on their phones these days so it makes reaching people very easy and quick!

To me there are no downsides. I have been using TextUs for 3 years now and absolutely love it.

In the timecard processing queue, it would be helpful to have the OPEN tab closer to the name.  It would make the process much smoother.

the response time from people, everybody has a cell phone so they do come back to us almost instantenously

so far, there is not really any downside of using textUs, very convenient

TextUs help us to insure that the candidate gets the infomation 'live' and it benefits us because our candidate can be reached almost anywhere, no need to wait to have access to their mail

I like that I can use it for my buisness, I am able to go on vacation, take days off, and spend time with my family without people calling or texing my personal phone number.

The least helpful thing is that people will also try to cal the textus number and get upset when they can not reach me, also some people do not recive the messages.

It is solving the problem of people not having my personal number, I am able to leave all work at the office including text messages. This makes it easier to enjoy my time off!

This app has worked great for months and I really liked it,My travelers really like the ability to text me as well!  but recently it has started sending my traveler's texts to my junk folder.  I also had problems getting logged in, it stopped liking my saved password, then wouldn't send me a link to reset or log in without a password

Having real time comminucation with our leads makes this the best tool for our office. People are way too busy have a phone call throughout the day but it's easy to respond to a quick text message.

There's really not much that we would change about TextUs.

Our leads are primarily college students and we can almost guarantee a response using TextUs.

I enjoy using TextUs to contact candidates for scheduling interviews, screenings, start dates, etc. It has been extremely helpful in gaining responses.

Love being able to text people en mass from my computer.  Platform is easy to use and easy to administer.  Also grateful for the ability to have multiple staff members able to reply to the same customer or candidate.  TextUs also communicates directly with our Applicant Tracking Systems and Customer Relationship Management Software.  Saves so much time!

I do wish that TextUs was a little more cost friendly.

The comunication with drivers is much faster, and this helps speed the bussines operation.

I would like to be able to select multiple contacts and send a Message, versus creating a messege and only add a max of 10 contacs.

User Interface and easy to use. All the options are available at the front. It is an awesome application for texting. It's fast and secure and people can connect to each other through text easily. I have been using it since past 3 month's and my experience has been overwhelming.

Nothing as such! My experience has been good uptil now and hope it remains the same!

It works with our internal software at work. Most of the time.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

Constant issues with it lagging, causing lags with the whole computer when it's pulled up, the extension glitching, the phone app is horrendous, it doesn't communicate correctly with our software like it's supposed to... I've been working with it for almost 5 years and it has never been smooth sailing.

It's a digital world and people would rather text than talk.

Easy platform to use- user-friendly! If you are new to the platform, you can navigate around quickly and even send text blasts (texts to mass users)

Sometimes the platform went down unexpectedly, so I could not text anyone while it was down.

The ease of using the app. Easy to set up and for our employees to use.

Nothing.  I do not have one reason to complain.

We can reach our patients who are working during the day.  Most of our patients have deleted their home phones and are unable to answer a call during work. We text them, and they respond to confirm appointments or to give them spectacle updates.

It was awesome! I was able to text my clients and candidates and no longer had to use my cell. Loved it!

Now my texts are not being delivered to Verizon numbers. TextUs has not been able to figure out a remedy. It has really affected my production.

saves me soooo much time. i can chat with several people at the same time without having to pick up the phone and dial them or send emails.

Just the fact that people i contact don't always get back to me as fast as i would like them to

There are so many excellent capabilities with TextUs. We use Templates every week and Text Campaigns a couple of times a month. Plus, it integrates well with our ATS!

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

I don't see any downsides for us, and everything is working well.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TextUs enables us to send more personalized texts and texts with links, and that allows us to communicate more effectively with our employees.

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

Saving templates, bulk text messages via a campaign, and scheduling text are the top features that immensely helped me with the workload, especially during our most busy days. Brilliant features!

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

Based on my experience, when searching for a conversation, the preview that is showing at first is not actually the most recent one. However, if you click and open the folder, the updated conversation will still appear.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TextUs allows us to communicate with our employees faster and provides great convenience for both parties, especially if there are urgent requests that need to be taken care of.

Super easy to use, and I can keep it pulled up on my PC as I work on other things. I definitely would recommend it!

I haven't had any issues with TextUs. Everyone in our office seems pretty happy

It has cut down on the amount of phone calls , now we can just text .

We were able to tie it to our landline and our whole team can be on the account under the same number. Very easy to use.

Easier way to text to apply, although they do have keywords capability just takes a little to get it setup.

I love being able to have templates designed to move candidates along the recruiting, onboarding, and hiring timeline without having to type them out each time.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

I wish there were an easier way to send group messages.  I'd appreciate the functionality of adding criteria to the contact fields like job titles, so I could send a message to all of my CNAs without creating (and modifying with each new hire or termination) a list for a campaign.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using TextUs helps me reach my workforce on every shift and in every location at the same time.

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

The best part about using this platform is the percentage of time, your candidate or client responds back. Most everyone is so dependent on their phone, this is the preferred method of communication. The ability to add a document to the text message or to have the candidate or client send you a document via text message is very efficient.

I do not have any issues with the program.

The issue that text us has been resolved as in the past, we would e-mail our candidates and they would not respond. Now that we are using Text us, the majority of the time we get a response and in a timely manner.

Its a business tool that keeps track of our database of employees and history of communication. I  can access it online if needed on my personal phone without using up my memory.

Can be a bit difficult texting from my phone as opposed to a computer.

Be knowledgeable of  all its features to be sure it is the right program for your company

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

This is the most ORGANIZED way to talk to a group of people. I work in a temp agency and in order for me to maintain filling orders with associates, TextUs is my way to go! It's organized, it's fun, it's easy! TextUs is definitely my go-to.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

Honestly, TextUS is amazing. I don't have any dislikes. And that will always be true! I have no complaints.

Other Staffing Agencies and Businesses who have to speak/market  over 50 people a day.

Texting a group of associates all at once. Issuing out very important information in as fast as possible. I am more productive with this tool and we are all very grateful.

how unread messages show at the top but I can't find them- some ppl archive but continue to text but I can only find them if I search by name

Like I said reaching out to hundreds of people at once is a great time saver- it weeds out the ones not interested quickly
