**What do you like best about TextUs?**

I think the most helpful part is being able to blast a lot of people at once. While prospecting over the phone is still very helpful, it's nice to have something running in the background that essentially gives me two prospecting methods at the same time.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

The only downside I can really think of is the character limit. I know there have been studies in the past that show shorter messages work better than longer, but in my experience, giving a little more detail as to who I am and why I am reaching out has worked better for me.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textus is solving the problem of outreach in general. With everything I do in a day, there's no way I could individually text 200+ people and still finish what I have on my plate for the day.

TextUs makes it possible to categorize and send out blast messages to a whole audience and have conversations if needed! It has been such a great app to have and utilize!

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

I wish there was a dedicated  "delete" contact button but instead there is something different that is a bit confusing.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TextUs solves any miscommunication that happens when trying to get information out to parents in a timely manner and being able to have conversations at the same time, if needed.

TextUs is a very easy/efficient way to quickly get a hold of candidates. It is also a nice feature to be able to schedule texts for the future! Very user friendly.

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

TextUs is an excellent platform for texting and running texting campaigns. The onboarding process is smooth, and if you have a team, they will love how they can utilize it in their daily efforts as a necessary tool. TextUs will connect to your ATS, so you do not have to worry about additional work logging notes into it; it automatically does it for you. This is a tool that any team doing texting would use daily. Overall, it is a great product you can utilize on your desktop or phone app.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

Depending on your current software lineup, you must educate end users to text via this platform. Depending on how you roll it out to your end users, it could be a little work up front.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our team quickly connect with our network via our ATS rather than taking additional steps.

The fast lines of communication that is seamless to the contacted individual. As well as the notifications for delivered and non delivered. Easy to implement with our system.

What I do not like it the way of texting new contacts, the process is a little long so a way to add multiple at a time would be great, or even a mass text option.

**Recommendations to others considering TextUs:**

If you are looking at Textus, it is a great way to keep consistent contact without utilizing a personal line, it is much faster to get messages out than your phone. A superior way of messaging.

Solving communication issues, when calling, not everyone has the availability to jump on a call. I am much more productive with it as texting provides a way to leave a more convenient way for others to receive and respond at their earliest convenience!

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

TextUs enables me to text 500 potential clients a day. The best part is they do not seem like group texts. You can make them personal and add their first names. I can add emoji's which is more ME and I can search for old texts for previous people who said they were looking for a specific job.

The only thing I do not like is how long they take to send sometimes. Also the extension has been glitchy lately and i have to reboot it a lot

Saving me time. To reach out to 500 ppl in a matter of minutes. If only I could follow up faster! I also love that i can do it from my cell phone after I get off of work!

Syncing with Salesforce could use some work. Support is not always able to resolve our issues. We have 1 user who has been unable to sync for months and top tier support could not resolve.

Textus is very fluent and fast application, the response rate is spectacular. Most recommended to professionals for easy processing of day to interaction. it have great feautures and with stable interface. this can be used in browser and mobile phone applications so it very convenient.

Sometimes the text message is not refershed due to which it slows the response rate.

it helps to intract with candidates/clients who are busy at work and cant respond to calls, so we can communicate with to them with text and also fetch the paperwork for provceeding at textus only in high quality.

Very convenient and I am always available to candidates.

I can't think of any downsides at the moment. I would like to be able to see the phone number of the candidate I'm texting with if I'm in the car, that would be helpful.

Always accessible to candidates while drawing the line. If I'm with my family, I can mute the messages if need be.

I love that all communicaiton is in one location.  Previously each staff memeber had a separate cell phone...if they were off or on vacation.

We have had a few occasions when Textus is down...I dislike that the most.

Previously our staff communicated with independent contractors using a personal cell phone.  It was difficult to track and verify communication when an individual was off or on vacation.  Textus allows multiple users to be able to see all conversations in real time.

TextUs has made our resident communication so much easier than in previous years. I have used numerous other texting platforms, and TextUs far outperforms their competitors as far as ease of use, customer support and functionality. I can't recommend it enough!

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

The only thing I'd like to see updated within TextUs is the ease of creating texting campaigns. I wish the campaign function for texting campaigns was a bit more user-friendly and not as time consuming to send out.

Resident communication, ease of communication, timeliness of communication with our residents. In student housing, it is extremely important in this day and age that we have a way to communicate with our residents.

I really like that Textus has a friendly platform, everything is very easy to use, our account manager Mary is very friendly and is always available to help. I have used other communications channels in the past and have found Textus to be very helpful, our employees love it, they are able to communicate with the team, I have designated a team of users who are able to access the messages and any of us can respond to our employees. I really believe that this service has made our employees feel closer to HR and management...! Excellent product and service

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

I would like to be able to send images/media without an additional cost. One thing that it is not great, it is that some carriers identify some of our messages as SPAM, even when you follow the recommendations to avoid that

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Textus to communicate with our employees. In many occasions, we need to send communications with more than 300 employees at the same time and we need them to be able to reply in a private way, everybody has a mobile phone..! Our employees really like this tool and feel more appreciated

Our team loves using Textus as a tool to connect us with our residents and prospects seamlessly. Would be impossible to get all inquiries answered without Textus!

Update: Still love this platform, it makes connecting with our clientele so easy and convenient.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

It would be nice if Textus could connect directly to our system platform entrata. Having to copy and paste conversation threads is a huge amount of time with the amount of texts we send out daily. I also would love if the "opt in" message culd be included at the bottom of the first text we send instead of the top. I think seeing out greeting first would help users engage with the texts more often.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TextUs helps us answer more inquiries in a more timely manner. Textus allows us to communicate more effectively and reach a broader audience. Also, makes it so the phones aren't held up as often!

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

I love how user-friendly it is! I'm relatively new to my company and was introduced to several different applications that were confusing to navigate. However, TextUS was one of the most simple applications to maneuver. I love everything about it, quite frankly! As I go on in the future, I want to recommend TextUS to every company I work for in the future.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

I suppose the notifications would be something I haven't seen good ease of. I don't know if that is from my end, but I find it a bit difficult to get notified for messages.

Update: My review still stands! I do still find the notifications not as prominent as I would've wanted, but I check up on the application regularly. I do wish there were better capabilities of the templates feature, such as: being able to edit keywords when texting of differing appointment times/dates but wanting to send the same message.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Truthfully, I am not aware of any issues being resolved, nor do I know of any problems, period! I would love to see more effort in notifying and text template editing capabilities, however. That would be extremely beneficial to me.

fast service and effective getting my work done much faster since most of the applicants use text. convenience of communicating with prospects. love how I am able to save and send messages so don't waste time on retyping messages.

It hasn't been working last 2 weeks properly. Business Downtime! Frustrating even to get my job done in a fast and effective manner. i had never had this issue unitl 2 weeks ago text us stopped working properly. Not sure what could have been the issue but hope it doesn't happen again.

communicating with prospects effectively and speed. most candidates love texting so It is a win win for our businesss.

I have always been impressed with TextUs. Their customer service is unmatched and any issues we have (either user questions or rare technical difficulties) are always answered and resolved swiftly and efficiently.

Nothing, they do an excellent job and I have no complaints at this time.

Easy and quick communication with our clients. Saving valuable time and connecting with our database to quickly log all text communications with our clients. Helping with marketing as well.

Easy navigation, lots of useful features.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

The browswer extender only works about 10% of the time.
Sending errors, whether it doesn't send at all or send's mulitple. Sometimes it doesn't automatically refresh with the most up to date texts.

Biggest thing is "finding numbers in popout" or just "finding numbers" it rarely intergrates numbers from lists within our application which leads to recruiters not being able to reach a group of people all at once when we are required to do that often (2-3x per week)

connecting recruiters to their caregivers quickly and more efficiently.

It's such a faster way to reach people in a world where people don't answer calls from numbers they don't know.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

It would be better if you could limit contacts to just your login. When I'm looking for Dave Smith, it pulls up every Dave Smith in our system nationwide.

We can text hundreds of people at one time and get faster responses when we have a job to fill quickly.

No one answers the phone anymore and not everyone is constantly monitoring their emails.

There are often glitches which can be annoying.

TextUs is easy to utilize and navigate. There are many features that are beneficial for utilizing as a professional communication method.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

TextUs does not currently support group messaging, which could be helpful to ensure fluent communication. TextUs is not HIPPA compliant, which creates a barrier for professional use in some circumstances.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rarely experience problems when utilizing TextUs - support team is quick and responsive when issues do arrise.

**What do you like best about TextUs?**

I enjoy textus' ability to send out text campaigns when you schedule them. It saves me time from creating campaigns every single morning before I start my shifts.

**What do you dislike about TextUs?**

I've had 2 unread messages in my inbox that I cannot find! I am assuming they may be from blocked numbers, but I've tried to manually find the messages & mark all as read. These "ghost" messages won't ever seem to go away.

**What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using TextUs to reach out to health clinicians for travel assignnmets or travel contracts. It helps us reach out to more clinicians daily as opposed to cold calling everyone.

I wish there was a way to create a chat for multiple users.  Since moving to TextUs Next there are more issues with sending and recieving messages.  There are routinely delays.

The ease of use for our branch employees allows us to keep in touch with hundreds of applicants at a time with the push of a button. We've tried others and were incredibly impressed with the features available and stability of your service.

Administration is a little clunky and difficult to navigate. Overall not terrible, but not the easiest to manage

Character limit. complicated to add/remove people from text blasts. no file sharing feauture. Does not suggest summaries of lengthy  texts. Issues with the cloud. Not helpful with applicant tracking since numbers/contacts dont sync. Diffiuclt to update/change contacts. Not useful for sourcing and candidate identification. doesnt always pop up with caregiver contact when searching number. does not sync with other systems. Is not compatible with other websites. Often times down/slow. Doesnt give each user their own number

I do not like how it erases draft messages when you click outof the contact. I would like attachments integrated as a default setting and not limited.
