TextReplacer is a document automation tool for creating reusable Microsoft Word templates. Upload a DOCX file containing placeholders such as {{Employee Name}}, {{Company Name}}, {{notes}} or {{Date}}, enter the replacement values, and generate a completed document as a Word or PDF file. Templates can be saved and reused, making TextReplacer useful for documents that need to be created repeatedly with different names, dates, addresses or other information. It can be used for recurring business documents such as employee letters, onboarding documents, appointment letters, client documents, forms and other Word templates. TextReplacer also includes a privacy tool called Instant Replace for quickly uploading a Word document, replacing its placeholders and downloading the completed file without saving the template on the cloud.
