What do you like best about Textmagic?

I like it because it´s so easy to use, you can send an SMS in a few clicks, it tells you how much does each message will cost and of course how many characters you are typing in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textmagic?

Up to now, nothing that I can say. I wish I could send WhatsApp messages too, but that is another kind of service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Textmagic:

If you want ease to use the app, this is it. Callbell or Twillio is simply beyond mere mortals like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer support sends student notifications and reaches some people that do not use or have WhatsApp, among many other uses. (I hate this automatic corrector at G2) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textmagic?

We have used TextMagic for several years and have always found it to be very reliable and reasonably priced. It’s easy to use and has an excellent scheduling option to send messages at a future date. The SMS surveys is also a great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textmagic?

I love that I didn't have to watch and read any tutorials to use TextMagic platform. Once I logged in after creating an account, it was pretty straight forward. The UI was easy to navigate and setup my first test campaign (they give free credits to start off with) and my first text message was delivered successfully.

Love the chat feature, so I can respond to text messages via TextMagic, this is really cool.

They have a mobile app as well.

Love the intergrations via Zapier as well. I have no complaints whatsoever, does what I needed it to do. Excellent SAAS product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textmagic?

I haven't personally found anything yet that I dislike. For what I've needed, which was to send text to multiple numbers at once, and trigger text message campaigns via email optin forms on my landing pages, it accomplished this perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Textmagic?

This is an excellent software that fits right in with our business. By using Text Magic we give our messages a professional look and the reporting is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Textmagic?

It would be good to have a link to Google maps (like share your location button/tab) so we dont have to copy and past the maps URL every time but this is a workable issue that is not that big a deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Textmagic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We send a "engineer on route" message and use text magic to add a google maps link so customers can track engineer location, works perfectly.

we also have templates for invoice reminders which is the second most used and finally review requests thats it really. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have utilized Text Magic to schedule reminder messages, which gives us the benefit of being able to plug it into a process and complete the task and not have to add a task to remember later.
