Our support team has already emailed you instructions on how to proceed. In 2022 and 2023, we have informed you on multiple occasions that local US numbers now require a 10DLC registration. This is an industry-wide requirement, which is why your US local number cannot be used for texting. Regarding the unwanted incoming texts, it is important to note that all virtual numbers, including mobile numbers, are reused. It appears that your virtual number belonged to a different business previously. We can replace it for you free of charge. It wasn't until AFTER I spent the money and sent the messages (that were never delivered) that I learned about the FCC rules for mass texting. No apologies, No refund. I tried again in 2023 and went through the whole process, paid and sent the text out before being told my text message needed to be more FCC-compliant. When a spam complaint comes into them, they just shut you down. All of my leads opted-in from Facebook Ads, and I had proof of this, but they still decided to cancel my account. The burden of proof rests on the account holder. Even when you adhere to a solid privacy policy, conform to opt-in law, and respect unsubscribes, Text Magic is NOT on your side. We have just realized that text magic isn't reaching an increasing number of our customers. The history states it is but the customers are not receiving these texts from us. Increasing number of customers not receiving their texts from us - even when the history shows it has been received. We have checked, texting customers while they are in store and nothing shows on their phones. This has caused us lost sales and annoyed customers as we have only just become aware how few texts are reaching the customers.
