VERY HARD to track the reply for the announcements that I sent 2. Engagement data is hard to track, you see how many people replied, but you can't really click in - it said send to your email (I never got any email) 3. Implementation is quick and user-friendly, they include a 14-day review in which you can fully use the platform at no cost, I like their self-help resources as that helps the team set up their accounts their first time. The platform presents glitches regularly, for some reason, for a few minutes during the day (during business hours) messages would not load or would get a pop-up stating that the server experiences errors.
