It's an innovative idea that solve the problem that I've had for multiple years but I'm even more impressed by the service and their knowledge the team is not only knowledgeable about their product, but they were very knowledgeable about their integrations and the product that connect to it and how it functions. They have been insanely generous in helping me troubleshoot and configure things for better delivery. There isn't a lot to dislike about textla. I am going to be frank about it. The team is super responsive, which is the most important. The product is very thorough and they do a really good job of explaining their product roadmap to their customers, therefore, really setting clear expectations on what and when I can expect things. Vic with any start up they cannot solve all the problems all the time on the first day of course if there is anything I could say it would be there are always more features that I want but they already offer more features than anyone else in the space if they even have a computer in the space at all anyways. We mainly use Textla for our company’s marketing campaigns. We love their scheduling feature, because we can get the entire month’s SMS campaigns set up on a 1 hour zoom call at the beginning of the month. Once we finalize on copy & promotions for the month, they get scheduled in Textla & run automatically when their scheduled send date hits. Always fast to respond and helpful • Better cost savings than any other texting platform on the market, hands down • User interface was straightforward and took no time to understand • 1:1 messaging with prospects is a cool feature • Deliverability analytics are awesome and something other platforms don't offer • Company is very transparent in pricing, capabilities, etc • No hidden fees or upcharges • The campaign scheduling feature is great, just set it and forget it. As a small business, we do not have the resources to hire a dev team to build a whole set of Twillio integrations. However, we truly understand the value of creating a direct relationship with our customers - many of whom don't or barely check their e-mails. Textla opened up a world of possibilities for us that seemed out of reach. The feature set is exactly what we needed. Their new no-code platform is very thoughtful put together very and easy to use.
