Great tool for hiring **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2023 **What do you like best about Textio?** I really love the scoring because it motivates me to keep improving my job posts and not settling. **What do you dislike about Textio?** Sometimes it's hard to delete things like maybe there are hard coded things from the employer but the internal Recruiting team doesn't make us use it so somtimes posts go out with double boiler plates. **What problems is Textio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me write job descriptions that aren't biased which is important to me in my hiring process. I like when it flags language that can be steered more toward certain groups or dissuade others so that I can be more inclusive. ### 2. THe interface was very easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Textio?** I really didnt have any dislikes about Textio. Perhaps sometimes sensitive on verbs but no real gripes with the product **What problems is Textio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps maintain consistency across the brand for all of our job postings. ### 3.
