I like when it flags language that can be steered more toward certain groups or dissuade others so that I can be more inclusive. ### 2. My experience using the Textio platform. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Marines S. | Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2019 **What do you like best about Textio?** When I got to know the Textio platform, I had some doubts about the effectiveness of it, but once I started using it, it really hit me, first it's very easy to use, it's practically intuitive, one of the things that I love when I use Textio is that one side of the text is displaying a series of data that are important and necessary and which are evaluating the impact of my writing such as: the audience, grammar, typography, types, among others, that is, you have the statistics of what you write which I think is wonderful. I also like that Textio there is no possibility of staying with a "blank page" given the suggestion of words that show you, in addition to indicating the strength of them. In conclusion my experience with Textio has been positive and as they point out the best of Textio "is that the words reveal you" **What do you dislike about Textio?** Although my experience has been positive, it is also important to point out that when I used it for the first time, I only had the option of language only in English which was a limitation for the moment.. **Recommendations to others considering Textio:** It is an excellent platform and I highly recommend it **What problems is Textio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem that has been solved is associated to the certain possibility of using a correct writing directed to my target audience, this means that it has facilitated my work and saved time.. ### 7. From recruiters to hiring managers, our JDs have become better written and more appealing to candidates. The automated suggestions are my favorite feature and help remove bias from JDs. There is also a cohesive, historically searchable data base of JDs for new positions. **What do you dislike about Textio?** It would be great if there were better integrations with the ATS so hiring managers could write the JD directly in the job creation flow. **Recommendations to others considering Textio:** Textio is an innovative company creating a product for all the right reasons. It has had a huge impact on our time to hire and quality/diversity of applicants. Their product and customer success teams are world-class and quickly address any concerns. They are also constantly iterating and creating new features, improving the product on a frequent basis. **What problems is Textio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rather than a hodge-podge of headers and footers, and poorly written JDs slipping through the cracks, we are now aligned and present a unified experience for candidates on our website. ### 8. I love using it as it provides me with all the suggestions that could be helpful and useful for a great and inviting job description. **What do you dislike about Textio?** Sometimes the suggested options do not fit or work for what the text is needed and the score either drops or does not increase because I’m not using what’s suggested and I would end up not having 90%+ rate which is what’s required by work. It is a little disappointing that the app is not smart enough to pick up on words and full sentence structure to know what is exactly being written/required **What problems is Textio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps with job descriptions and keeping the posting neutral and clear of any biased sides ### 9.
