I like the scheduling text aspect, being able to schedule text in advance. You don't have to do it right away; you can schedule it out for the whole week or month, which is very helpful. The scheduling text feature allows me to send texts at specific times, even when I'm at work. I think it could be easier to find the billing information, like how the charging works. Sometimes it's hard to kinda get to that, and it's hard to change plans. If you wanna change plans from a monthly to an annual, but it's from, like, a bronze to gold, it can be hard to do that. You have to, like, reach out to an agent, which just takes some more time.
