Text em all has been a great service addition to my team's research study. It has allowed us to reach hundreds of participants with a simple easy to use mass text message. Some of the best features from this service are the ability to schedule text messages for a later time, call forwarding to a different phone number, the option to upload a CSV file with contacts, the ease of use, and the fast customer service from text em all. I wish we had more characters to send longer messages within our plan. Because we are a non-profit it's difficult to upgrade our plan as we are government funded through grants. I also wish special characters were not extra credits as it is not cost-effective to communicate with our Spanish-speaking contacts in a gramatically correct manner (using accents and other special characters). Text-Em-All offers an easy, convenient way to stay in contact with my contact list. I can choose to either text a message or call with a prerecorded message to inform each person. The interface is intuitive and useful for quick messages to my groups. I can even integrate this into some of my other databases.

The platform was pretty starightforward to use and was able to get our message out in a fast, efficient manner. Text-Em-All has been a game changer for our company. We can notify our employees of work schedules, important meetings or information, and due to being in a "Hurricane Impact Area" , we can notify our employees of changing situations. This is part of our OSHA Emergency Action Plan which is required.

I LOVE that I can send out mass texts to employees and not have to create an enormous group chat from my own personal cellphone. This system can create a text sent to each individual (up to 200 I believe) and you can set signatures telling the recipients not to reply and set auto-replies for the people who do not read that they shouldn't reply. I love how simple it is to get a voicemail or text message to my 400+ residents about important time concerning issues. I use this service at least one a week to alert the residents. All I had to do to start using Text-Em-All was enter their numbers, it was usper easy to implement. Customer support is always there when I need help with fast and easy anwers. It was easy to get my residents onboard with using this feature and was super easr for them to intergrate into. The feature to use a text message or voice call is amazing. There is very little about the service we do not like. The monthly pricing is slightly higher than we would like, expecially since we do not use it on a daily or even weekly basis at times. It would be nice to have a non-profit or fraternal rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
