What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Text em all has been a great service addition to my team's research study. It has allowed us to reach hundreds of participants with a simple easy to use mass text message. Some of the best features from this service are the ability to schedule text messages for a later time, call forwarding to a different phone number, the option to upload a CSV file with contacts, the ease of use, and the fast customer service from text em all. What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I cannot really think of any downsides to text em all pertaining to our study needs. Everything we need has been met or exceeded by text em all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I love that I can send a mass text blast to all my stakeholders in the THRIVE Afterschool Program. Customer service is also extremely kind and helpful! I don't have to wait long to be assisted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I wish we had more characters to send longer messages within our plan. Because we are a non-profit it's difficult to upgrade our plan as we are government funded through grants. I also wish special characters were not extra credits as it is not cost-effective to communicate with our Spanish-speaking contacts in a gramatically correct manner (using accents and other special characters). What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Because of Text-Em-All, I can simply send a mass text blast instead of calling each person, which is very time-efficient. Also, our stakeholders (parents/guardians) are more likely to respond to text messaging sent to their phones rather than emails. This platform allows us to market our afterschool services and events to parents as well as any emergency notifications such as school closings, inclement weather, and lockdowns/drills/evacuations very simply. What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Text-Em-All offers an easy, convenient way to stay in contact with my contact list. I can choose to either text a message or call with a prerecorded message to inform each person. The interface is intuitive and useful for quick messages to my groups. I can even integrate this into some of my other databases.

I found it easy to implement and use in my small organization, and I use it nearly every week. If I struggle, I know that there is plenty of support from the Text-Em-All team, so I'm never alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

Although I wish that there was a low priced subscription level, I have found it easier for my to purchase credits and go a-la-carte rather than being committed to a subscription I might not use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

The platform was pretty starightforward to use and was able to get our message out in a fast, efficient manner. I like how the platform dashboard provided real time status updates on the messgaes that were sent out, giving me an idea of how effective the campaign was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Text-Em-All has been a game changer for our company. We can notify our employees of work schedules, important meetings or information, and due to being in a "Hurricane Impact Area" , we can notify our employees of changing situations. This is part of our OSHA Emergency Action Plan which is required.

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I LOVE that I can send out mass texts to employees and not have to create an enormous group chat from my own personal cellphone. This system can create a text sent to each individual (up to 200 I believe) and you can set signatures telling the recipients not to reply and set auto-replies for the people who do not read that they shouldn't reply. What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I love how simple it is to get a voicemail or text message to my 400+ residents about important time concerning issues. I use this service at least one a week to alert the residents. All I had to do to start using Text-Em-All was enter their numbers, it was usper easy to implement. Customer support is always there when I need help with fast and easy anwers. It was easy to get my residents onboard with using this feature and was super easr for them to intergrate into. The feature to use a text message or voice call is amazing. What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I think the only downside is that it seems from my residents that sometimes the messages gets cut off when leaving a voicemail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before I had to print out pages for every resident and run around to deliver these notices so they could be aware of park emegencies. That was tiring and took forver, this makes it so mich easier to alert everyone. The other thing I could do was send an email to residenrs tho are signed up on our portal, but not every resdients is on our online portal, some people dont have phones or computers or know how to use them but all the seniors in my community have a phone, even if its just a house phone this service allows me to leave voicemails to everyone. What do you like best about Text-Em-All?
