The best part about the company even more than their product is their support. The product is good but the support is even better. The product is moving at a rapid pace, unlike some other companies which forget about their customers once a deal is sold. Like most new companies there are some growing pains with this one as well. The app is a little complicated to understand at first with the videos not being too much of help (but then again it could just be me). My advice would be to create better introduction videos.
