Ease of use, tbh it's the easiest. Compared with CaptainData - I've never really faced any issues while extracting data. TexAu has so many 'spices' (options to scrape leads), and you can combine these spices to create 'recipes' (lead scraping workflows). Honestly, there is nothing that jumps out at me. I was having an issue with one of my spices, asked their support staff, and got an answer immediately. I sell B2B and was going to websites, looking for 'Meet our Staff' pages, and manually copying/pasting emails to a spreadsheet. TexAu can scrape emails based on a website, Google search, Google Maps, LinkedIn, and so much more. I cannot describe how valuable this service is to me. The product is good but the support is even better. The product is moving at a rapid pace, unlike some other companies which forget about their customers once a deal is sold. Like most new companies there are some growing pains with this one as well. The app is a little complicated to understand at first with the videos not being too much of help (but then again it could just be me). My advice would be to create better introduction videos.
