Frequent Issues with Data Transfer and Reporting **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Guiliana K. | Service Writer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025 **What do you like best about Texada Software?** I find the software simple enough, and the aesthetic isn't bad as it isn't too dark or bright. **What do you dislike about Texada Software?** We use DBS with our Texada, and it either takes forever to transfer the information between the two or it will only load in DBS and not show anything in Texada. We have had multiple (as in multiple a week) issues with Texada not transferring parts/labor/misc items, randomly reopening closed work orders, the audit log not being accurate (saying someone was doing a bunch of random things in our work orders, while that person was on vacation), and not showing the most accurate or up to date information (ex. random work orders never showing up on reports).
