**What do you like best about Texada Software?**

I find the software simple enough, and the aesthetic isn't bad as it isn't too dark or bright.

**What do you dislike about Texada Software?**

We use DBS with our Texada, and it either takes forever to transfer the information between the two or it will only load in DBS and not show anything in Texada. We have had multiple (as in multiple a week) issues with Texada not transferring parts/labor/misc items, randomly reopening closed work orders, the audit log not being accurate (saying someone was doing a bunch of random things in our work orders, while that person was on vacation), and not showing the most accurate or up to date information (ex. random work orders never showing up on reports). It was semi-simple, just confusing because it kept resetting my personal settings that I set to the default for about the first 3 weeks I was using Texada.

I use Texada Software to manage work orders, approve labor, and create reports accurately.

**What do you like best about Texada Software?**

Texadaha offers an extensive and comprehensive inventory and accounting component, capable of handling a large volume of data. Its ability to store significant amounts of information is impressive.

**What do you dislike about Texada Software?**

Texada is making an effort to transition to a web-based platform, but the product is not yet reliable. As they move toward this new web-based system, the support for the SRM product, which long-term customers rely on, has significantly declined.

**What problems is Texada Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software keeps our customers' data safe and secure. It offers a dependable accounting program, along with reliable contracts and invoicing features.

**What do you like best about Texada Software?**

The platform is easy to navigate. You can basically allow certain employees to have permissions to certain functions based on the position or job they do for your company.

**What do you dislike about Texada Software?**

I really don't have a bad thing to say. I have been using the Texada platform for 18 years.

**What problems is Texada Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us over the years as we added different divisions to our business solve bulk inventory processes within their platform.

**What do you like best about Texada Software?**

The end to end workflow is the best in this software.  From the beginning of entering a contract to doing the receipts and close - the workflows are very smooth, fast and straight forward.
The speed is commandable, where we can get the payment done on an invoice quickly while customers are present/on the phone.  takes just few seconds.
Search functionality is something I love as well.

**What do you dislike about Texada Software?**

The only dislike I have is the Sales order invoices are not as simple and quick / easy to do.  I have staff of an old admin who works part-time and it's not easy for her to understand and do it effortlessly.  Need someone a bit tech savvy / logical to perform the workorder / sales order invoices.

**What problems is Texada Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the system to do our daily close, which used to be manual and separate software for payments and separate for keeping track of our customers data and yet another system for creating invoices.  
The biggest benefit with Texada SRM is the ease of use and all in one workflow from beginning to end provides time saving and quick book closings.

Kind of pricey but overall get a good amount of use out of the product.

You can approve via website or directly through the email Bc it gives you all the details of the order through the email

You have to click through multiple tabs in the order when you use the website to get certain info extracted

Approve via email Bc the details are all easily visible better than the website
