My company uses Tettra as a knowledge dump for all of our technical documentation. We love how easy it is to use - without Tettra we'd probably have 1000s of separate documents which would be impossible to navigate. My colleagues and I appreciate Tettra for its ease of use and integration with Slack and Google. The functions and layout are not complicated, allowing all team members to familiarize themselves with Tettra pretty rapidly. This is a huge plus since we use Tetta on a daily basis and have lots of information to store. Given that my company is multilingual, we are also happy that Tettra can render non-Latin scripts without any problem.
I should also highlight how welcoming the Tettra team has been throughout my team's learning process. They have been exceptionally receptive to feedback and generous with their time and advice. I am extremely satisfied with how they have also been encouraging us to continue sending feedback and actually implemented some of our requests. It would be truly helpful if the page editing mode could offer more functions and options, specifically different fonts, font sizes, and colors, and also more flexibility in creating tables (resizing/merging/splitting cells). It would also be great if we could have in-text comments so people can directly leave remarks or questions on specific sections of the page.
The page editing mode does not have to be as comprehensive as Word or Google Docs, but the mentioned features would significantly help my team organize our knowledge even more precisely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fast and easy nature of adding content, finding content, and editing content in Tettra is wonderful. My org had come from a SharePoint-based system of folders and docs which was ok for a bit but ultimately caused us to struggle with finding and keeping information up to date. Tettra makes it easy for every individual in my org to find, edit, or capture what they need. It has been amazing for capturing and improving cross-team processes.
When we implemented Tettra we knew it would be hard to get all of our company, team, and client docs into the new system but the doc uploading feature was very simple to use and really accelerated the individual teams.
Most users in the org find Tettra a daily stop to find information or update some topic. The regular reports of usage and top pages makes my work as an admin easier as well.

While the creation of a page is super simple and there are some layout tools to make lists, adjust headers, and insert simple tables and graphics, we do want more ability to style our content. The most often asked for need is for better outline capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
