"Best Speech Analytic Tool you will ever have"

What do you like best about Creovai?

EASE OF USE will be my first moreover, Tethr's BI capabilities inside the platform are second to none! The accuracy is on par with every other speech analytic platform on this planet. They have enough logic gates for you that you will get your work done.

I think its the best combination of a Speech analytic and BI tool you can have for the basic needs. You need more analytic they can integrate with ANYTHING in this world!

What do you dislike about Creovai?

It is still in development some of the new revolutionary features they have coming in are taking too much time.

They lack some basic operators like Conditional between the queries(they call them categories) you are creating .

What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need a simple and easy to use speech solution which will let our users interact with the data within the platform and get actionable insights. They did it.

"Great experience"

What do you like best about Creovai?

Tether made the experience of catching issues much more reliable as it searched out the issues for me.

Took a bit to get the hang of but not to bad.

It has made coaching much more doable. We do not need to listen to every call and can narrow in on pain points. This makes qa more productive

"Working with Tethr Technology"

What do you like best about Creovai?

So much to like, but I will share a few areas that I like. The Tethr technology provides users an efficient way to review the conversations that they have with their clients/members. Instead of having to manually go through calls, you can quickly identify trends that may be impacting the experience of your clients/members. It is also great for performing research, by being able to search for keywords/phrases. Lastly, the data can be transformed pretty quickly into visuals that are easy to read and digest.

What do you dislike about Creovai?

This would be tough for any technology, not just Tethr, but tone is not captured. Sometimes a word/phrase can mean different things depending on the conversation. So it is sometimes helpful to sample a few calls to make sure that you are capturing what you are intending to capture.

What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tethr is allowing us to have a deeper understanding of what our members are contacting us about. This can lead to things such as process improvements or employee resources. It also provides actual data around the calls that are coming into the contact center, instead of having to make an educated guess.

One of the ways we have used Tethr recently, is to enhance the usage of a free service we offer our members. By using Tethr we were able to see the rate of employees offering the service, how they were offering the service, and how members were responding to the offer.

"Tethr review"

What do you like best about Creovai?

The best features of Tethr included its user interface (ease of use) and the ability to extract quality data from customer interactions. These two features allowed us to more effectively and efficiently track key quality assurance components within our agents' interactions. The best part is that this tracking was across 100% of their interactions, not just a random sample. This improved the quality of our training and coaching, in addition to eliminating all of our exception processing as it related to our agent performance.

What do you dislike about Creovai?

Many may not believe this to be a downside, but one of the challenges to using Tethr is the amount of data you can collect. At first, it can be overwhelming and you must plan to dedicate some resource to its search, collection, and analysis. It can actually be a "good problem" to have if you're looking for data on your customer interactions.

What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tethr allowed us to collect more qualified data across 100% of our customer interactions than we could have otherwise through random call sampling. This improved our credibility with our agents, improved our feedback, improved our training and ultimately improved our performance with our customers.

Evaluations are not where we need yet, but they are working on it

Would be nice if you didn't need to create reports then put them on dashboards -

We have used Tethr to help with developing reporting for our focuses. Making sure agents use proper greetings, closing phrases, promise to help, etc.

"Tether is great in producing quality and evaluated calls."

What do you like best about Creovai?

it is good for coaching and reviewing the tickets of our associates. making sure that the data is accurate enough for us to review and make some improvements.

What do you dislike about Creovai?

that sometimes some of it is hard to navigate.

What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tethr provides associates opportunity in details and provides solution in color, like the green flag and red flag because of it we are able to coach our associates with ease.

"An Effective, Easy, way to gain keen insights to your Customer and Employee Needs"

What do you like best about Creovai?

Implementation of Tethr was very easy. We were able to intergrate easily with them which helped us gain deeper insights, faster. The support and Tethr team have been great to work with and create a great partnership.

What do you dislike about Creovai?

Capability to share the insights at a front line perspective. Grouping of key issues, specific to your line of work, takes some work to understand an mine. It would be great to have multiple layers of the tool to use as a self help improvement from front line to product team.

What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tethr is solving for us building and framing a non bias view of the issues that exist and areas of opportunity to fix. They are taking away hours of "human effort" to deliver a well rounded view of the world as we see it, remove the old framework of manual quality evaluations, and deliver a path forward for improvements.

"We love Tethr!"

What do you like best about Creovai?

Tethr is such a helpful tool in our call center! We use Tethr to transcribe our calls, determine why our members are calling, and share Contact Center trends throughout the organization. It is an easy to learn, user friendly tool, and the support provided by Tethr is always 5-star!

What do you dislike about Creovai?

We wish Tethr could decipher tone in the conversation, and not just based on the words members and agents use. The Evaluations feature needs some work, and does not currently compare to the system we use now to score our calls- but we know they are working on upgrading the feature and can't wait to implement it once they do!

What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tethr has helped us determine members' reasons for calling, and helped us to spot trends in calls. It has also helped us to be able to locate calls based on keywords and phrases we know are being used.

"Pretty simple and easy to use, it is intuitive."

The filters pull out the information in the easiest way, making tasks easy to finish and the information clear and concise, Tethr is the best platform I've used.

What do you dislike about Creovai?

When using Tethr sometimes it gets slow sometimes it's difficult to analyze the information when this type of issue happens besides that I think is a good platform.

What problems is Creovai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tethr is the platform we currently use to extract information about customer service quality so we can improve it and deliver the best customer service experience.
