The connection with multiple other systems, while also keeping functionality in this system as well, like asignee and status of a ticket. Also that it is really easy for users to report issues to the dev team. And the report includes much information that can help with resolving the tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Tether? I dislike that you can not set the status to unseen after viewing a ticket via the link in the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Tether solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using it for feedback from customers on websites. It is easier to communicate both ways.
