TestTalents is a pre-employement assessment automation software, empowering recruiters and HR professionals to assess candidates for any open job roles fully online and at an affordable price of less than a dollar for each candidate. Al language models have made it difficult than ever to filter through the candidates worth spending time on while manual skill-testing and evaluations can take away valuable time and occupy resources with busywork. In a hiring landscape like this, TestTalents allows employers to hire the right candidates faster, better and data-driven - saving hours on physical testing and interview time by prioritising skills over words.
