**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjali A. | Lead QA Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

At InCred, we adopted Testsigma to accelerate our QA automation across multiple products. The platform’s low-code, natural-language approach allows even manual testers to build automation quickly, which has been a huge enabler for in-sprint automation and faster regression cycles.

The ease of setup, reusable test components, and seamless integration with CI/CD and JIRA have made it simple to scale automation coverage without heavy engineering dependencies. Testsigma’s cross-platform capabilities (Web, Mobile, API) and parallel execution on cloud have helped us reduce test execution time drastically.

We especially appreciated the auto-healing locators and data-driven test design, which reduced maintenance effort and kept tests stable across frequent UI updates. Their support team is extremely responsive, helping us troubleshoot issues promptly.

Testsigma contributed meaningfully to our Execution Excellence and Engineering Productivity goals — enabling rapid release validation, better collaboration, and a clear pathway toward AI-augmented testing.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

The platform performs well overall, and with continued optimizations around large-suite execution speed, it’s becoming even more efficient for enterprise-scale testing.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testsigma is helping us streamline and scale automation across web, mobile, and API layers by eliminating the need for heavy coding and setup. It empowers QA teams to achieve in-sprint automation, replacing slow manual validation with rapid, reusable test creation.

The platform’s visual testing capabilities allow us to catch UI regressions early and maintain design consistency across releases. We also leverage its ability to auto-generate multiple test cases, which drastically speeds up coverage expansion.

By integrating seamlessly with our CI/CD pipelines and providing clear dashboards, Testsigma improves collaboration, and aligns perfectly with our Execution Excellence and Engineering Productivity goals. It’s helping us move closer to AI-augmented, continuous testing at scale.

  ### 2. Practical no‑code automation with CI/CD and Salesforce support that accelerates coverage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos A. | Technical Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

The no‑code, natural‑language approach lets our team author and maintain tests quickly without deep scripting, which shortens onboarding and speeds delivery.

Built-in visual testing and readable reports help teams diagnose UI regressions quickly without heavy framework setup.

Integrations with our existing toolchain (e.g., issue tracking and CI/CD) minimize context switching and keep results in one place.

The organization of the tool, makes it crystal clear for QAs and other tech focused people. Easy to understand what is happening and what is next within the tool.

Salesforce metadata–driven automation and the Atto/Copilot features expand beyond standard web flows and support complex enterprise scenarios.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

Test export/migration is not straightforward, and Salesforce tests can’t be ported across projects due to metadata dependencies.

I believe it needs more granularity in terms of roles. There are some admin roles that won't need most of the functionalities other than managing access and controlling project assignments.

Versioning/branching transparency and portability aren’t as strong as code-first frameworks, increasing vendor lock-in risk and making large refactors harder.

Pricing and licensing is hard to predict.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replacing manual, repetitive regression work with scheduled and on‑demand automations across environments, improving speed and reliability; e.g., a monthly PROD run of 14 cases for a project with Azure DevOps triggers and email/Slack notifications.

Lowering the barrier to authoring via no‑code NLP, so QA can create and maintain tests without heavy framework setup—shortening onboarding and expanding coverage.

Tight CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps) with parallel, cloud execution provides faster feedback loops and reduces release bottlenecks.

Enabling Salesforce process automation through metadata-driven steps and AI assist (Atto/Copilot), extending coverage to complex enterprise flows that are brittle with locator‑based tools.

Standardizing our automation playbook (roles, step groups, notifications), which speeds rollouts and keeps QA and automation engineers aligned across engagements.

Scaling adoption across multiple client projects, creating a consistent path to introduce regression automation as part of delivery and managed services.

  ### 3. Automation tool that is meant for both Novice and Pro user

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarun Y. | Automation Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

It is one of the finest tool in the market for automated testing. The support they provide on chat and when required on call is appreciable. Pricing is good as compared to other tools in the market. Support for both local and cloud execution works well. When you have some out of the box scenario and it is feasible then these guys will provide you add on that will solve the use case. Integrating it with ongoing system is quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

If you want to use this tool for regular generic automation stuff then it's a breeze and if you are someone who wants to use this for rigorous coding related tasks then it will provide the output but it gets little bit difficult to form the test case. There are few limitations though the team is working continuously but takes time to get the updated version. Debugging on local should be improved.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have limited resources that does automation so we create all are test cases in testsigma so that anybody can use it. Also we are using it for Release testing where we have to execute the same set of cases with every release. This helps us in saving time and dependency.

  ### 4. Excellent No-Code Option for Companies Seeking Quick Wins

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

I really like how easy it is to create automated tests with TestSigma. The interface is intuitive, making it quick to get started, and the support team is responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed. It’s a great solution for companies that want to rapidly build an automated test suite with less effort.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

While TestSigma is powerful and easy to use, there is still room for improvement in customization and flexibility. Some code errors, complex or highly specific scenarios can be challenging to fix or implement, and as with many no-code tools, you’re often not fully in control and may need to rely on the support team for fixes or advanced customization.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows the company to quickly build a comprehensive automated test suite without needing to invest significant time and money into developing the QA team’s technical skills.

  ### 5. Streamlining Test Automation with TestSigma: A Reliable and Efficient Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean C. | QA Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

What I like best about TestSigma is its ability to make test automation feel approachable and efficient, even for team members with limited coding experience. The natural language-based scripting is incredibly intuitive, which allowed our QA team to quickly build robust test cases without getting stuck on complex syntax.

Another standout feature is how seamlessly it integrates with our CI/CD pipeline. We were able to plug it into our existing workflow with minimal effort, and it has significantly improved our release confidence. The UI is clean, responsive, and easy to navigate, which makes both test creation and debugging a lot smoother.

Overall, TestSigma doesn't just automate tests — it empowers the whole team to actively participate in quality assurance, which is something we hadn’t been able to achieve with other tools.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

While our overall experience with TestSigma has been very positive, there are a few areas where it could improve. Occasionally, we’ve encountered minor integration hiccups—especially when syncing with third-party tools. These aren't dealbreakers, but they’ve required some manual intervention from time to time.

Another thing we've noticed is the occasional occurrence of false negatives—tests that fail even though the application is behaving correctly. It usually boils down to timing issues or dynamic elements, and while these can be adjusted with some tuning, it does take extra effort to maintain test stability in such cases.

That said, the TestSigma team has been very responsive whenever we've reported issues, and it’s clear that the platform is evolving quickly. So, while there are small areas to improve, they’re far outweighed by the benefits the tool brings.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestSigma has helped us solve one of our biggest challenges: scaling our test automation without overloading the QA team or requiring heavy coding efforts. Before adopting it, most of our test cases were manual or required custom scripts that were hard to maintain. This slowed down our release cycles and increased the risk of bugs slipping through.

By allowing us to create tests in natural language, TestSigma has made it easier for more team members—regardless of their coding background—to contribute to the test suite. This has not only distributed the QA workload more evenly but also improved collaboration between testers and developers.

It also solved issues we had with test maintenance. Thanks to reusable steps, visual test debugging, and centralized test data, we’ve drastically reduced the time spent updating scripts after UI changes. And because tests now run automatically with each deployment, we catch issues earlier and fix them faster.

The result? Faster releases, better coverage, and a much more confident QA process.

  ### 6. Automated testing made easy and efficient

While Testsigma is great overall, the initial setup can be a bit overwhelming for new users unfamiliar with test automation tools. Sometimes, debugging test failures lacks detailed logs, which makes troubleshooting slower. However, the support team is responsive and helps quickly.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testsigma has helped us automate our test cases rapidly without needing deep programming expertise, reducing the dependency on developers for test creation. It’s solving the challenge of time-consuming manual testing and improving our release speed and product quality. The natural language test writing makes it easy for QA and business teams to collaborate and contribute to automation.
