  ### 2. Decent QA Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce A. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

I like Testsigma for its test run feedback and videos. They help us review test runs to ensure new builds don't create issues with unrelated features, which is really valuable for our QA and testing processes.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

I don't like the limits on physical devices and seats, the reliability issues and false test runs that need fixing by re-runs. We've also been looking at other options due to the unreliability and slowness of the system. The initial setup wasn't easy.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testsigma helps with regression testing of apps and ensures new builds don't create issues with unrelated features. I like the test run feedback and videos for reviewing test runs.

  ### 3. Extensive and useful software

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James W. | Delivery Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

Unlimited runs - It is fantastic that I can run as many testcases as I want for my various projects. This reduces the worry when making and fixing test cases.

Simple UX - The scriptless recorder makes creating test cases extremely easy to create. There is a learning curve to the in-depth features but once they are understood, the simple UX can make complex test cases.

Great customer support - Support tickets are always addresses quickly and the technical support are great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

Price - This platform is on the more expensive side so might not be a good fit for smaller companies.

Small add-ons library - There could be more add-ons in the library but the ones there are still very useful.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the only QA working for my company so it is helping with large, daily checks with give me back more time to manage tasks and create plans for the future.

  ### 4. Great Scheduling and Support from Arun, but Initial Technical Issues and Average Ticket Tracking

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

Support from Arun and the ability to schedule when the test plans will run so that I can / have set them up so they will run early in the morning so I can review the results when I log on in the morning so I can cover any issues first thing.
Also fairly easy to be able to add extra cases to cover new processes for our test plans / suites

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

Average customer support experience and ticket tracking - along with the wall of issues and breakages we were experiencing when starting to delve into bringing Testsigma online. The technical issues have since been resolved on our end thanks to the Testsigma team and the exceptional support from Arun

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping support the regression testing process since we work in an Agile environment so being able to use Testsigma to cover / regression test a bunch of our core processes helps save a lot of time and reduce system risk

  ### 6. Automation tool that is meant for both Novice and Pro user

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarun Y. | Automation Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

It is one of the finest tool in the market for automated testing. The support they provide on chat and when required on call is appreciable. Pricing is good as compared to other tools in the market. Support for both local and cloud execution works well. When you have some out of the box scenario and it is feasible then these guys will provide you add on that will solve the use case. Integrating it with ongoing system is quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

If you want to use this tool for regular generic automation stuff then it's a breeze and if you are someone who wants to use this for rigorous coding related tasks then it will provide the output but it gets little bit difficult to form the test case. There are few limitations though the team is working continuously but takes time to get the updated version. Debugging on local should be improved.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have limited resources that does automation so we create all are test cases in testsigma so that anybody can use it. Also we are using it for Release testing where we have to execute the same set of cases with every release. This helps us in saving time and dependency.

  ### 7. Excellent No-Code Option for Companies Seeking Quick Wins

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

I really like how easy it is to create automated tests with TestSigma. The interface is intuitive, making it quick to get started, and the support team is responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed. It’s a great solution for companies that want to rapidly build an automated test suite with less effort.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

While TestSigma is powerful and easy to use, there is still room for improvement in customization and flexibility. Some code errors, complex or highly specific scenarios can be challenging to fix or implement, and as with many no-code tools, you’re often not fully in control and may need to rely on the support team for fixes or advanced customization.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows the company to quickly build a comprehensive automated test suite without needing to invest significant time and money into developing the QA team’s technical skills.

  ### 8. Streamlining Test Automation with TestSigma: A Reliable and Efficient Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean C. | QA Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

What I like best about TestSigma is its ability to make test automation feel approachable and efficient, even for team members with limited coding experience. The natural language-based scripting is incredibly intuitive, which allowed our QA team to quickly build robust test cases without getting stuck on complex syntax.

Another standout feature is how seamlessly it integrates with our CI/CD pipeline. We were able to plug it into our existing workflow with minimal effort, and it has significantly improved our release confidence. The UI is clean, responsive, and easy to navigate, which makes both test creation and debugging a lot smoother.

Overall, TestSigma doesn't just automate tests — it empowers the whole team to actively participate in quality assurance, which is something we hadn’t been able to achieve with other tools.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

While our overall experience with TestSigma has been very positive, there are a few areas where it could improve. Occasionally, we’ve encountered minor integration hiccups—especially when syncing with third-party tools. These aren't dealbreakers, but they’ve required some manual intervention from time to time.

Another thing we've noticed is the occasional occurrence of false negatives—tests that fail even though the application is behaving correctly. It usually boils down to timing issues or dynamic elements, and while these can be adjusted with some tuning, it does take extra effort to maintain test stability in such cases.

That said, the TestSigma team has been very responsive whenever we've reported issues, and it’s clear that the platform is evolving quickly. So, while there are small areas to improve, they’re far outweighed by the benefits the tool brings.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestSigma has helped us solve one of our biggest challenges: scaling our test automation without overloading the QA team or requiring heavy coding efforts. Before adopting it, most of our test cases were manual or required custom scripts that were hard to maintain. This slowed down our release cycles and increased the risk of bugs slipping through.

By allowing us to create tests in natural language, TestSigma has made it easier for more team members—regardless of their coding background—to contribute to the test suite. This has not only distributed the QA workload more evenly but also improved collaboration between testers and developers.

It also solved issues we had with test maintenance. Thanks to reusable steps, visual test debugging, and centralized test data, we’ve drastically reduced the time spent updating scripts after UI changes. And because tests now run automatically with each deployment, we catch issues earlier and fix them faster.

The result? Faster releases, better coverage, and a much more confident QA process.
