I like that it is so easy to use, to create test cases, test runs to know who is testing what, the status of the tests, expected results, priority and how it can be related to jira if needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is just one thing I would like them to improve and it's the integration with jira, because sometimes it takes a while to load and sometimes you have to refresh the page or logout and login again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great tool to create and manage your testcases. It is really easy to introduce it in company and can be easily integrated with many tools like Jira, Redmine etc. Our QA department use it every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lack of support for automated tests, Or it is hard to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Multiple test cases can be edited simultaneously
Jira and BUG tracking is effortless
All files accepted as evidence with broader data
Easy to change status of cases in test run Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The next button from one case to the next is small, and difficult to jump to the next case

It does best what it is made up for - creating and managing test cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI could be more user friendly. Tools and settings should be more visible and easy to find in the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TestRail has good features in Test Suite creation and Test Runs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no AI assistance while writing the testcases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TestRail is easy to use; I use it about once a quarter for UAT. I am a fan of the ability to feature by certain criteria (as I test new enhancements first), color coding test results, and seeing the % of test cases that have passed vs. failed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI could be a bit more modern or pleasing to the eyes, but the functionality is what's really important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to use by just hitting the url in the browser and i believe anyone can use it for the teat cases , run and plan without having the proper demo from the product owner team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes we are unable to add screenshots in the test results or the screenshots got crashed after saving the reault Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Best thing I like about Testrail is it's reusability of usage of test cases into the different test runs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most annoying thing is not able to reuse the test case in different projects and had to type the same test cases again and again for same applications but into the different projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TestRail is an industry standard in Software testing. It has a streamlined and easy to use design that makes our testing process run smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I can say negatively about Testrail is that I wish the Reporting feature was a bit more extensive and customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
