We like to think we don’t promise any of the “missing” items you have mentioned - Testpad is a manual testing tool with no pretence of trying to help with automation and is by-design simple in its approach to reporting and lightweight integrations (simple links to) third party tools. best about the testpad is we don't need help of quality analyst. as a user we can also test the product in better way. yes having a tester helps you alot when you are also using test pad. but in starting we doesnt need at all. their was issue once and customer support was helpful very much. so now we are testing our product on testpad all the times.
