I've found Testmo to be incredibly user-friendly and quick to get started with. It handles test data very well, making it suitable for both small and large-scale projects. The interface is clean, and organizing tests is straightforward. Analytics of test results is not useful enough for teams with mostly automated tests to join!

Backup is not supported via API.

There is no way to give 3rd parties access to a specific test run only. (The customer acceptance test run.)

When selecting test cases for a test run, users struggle to quickly select relevant tests. Sometimes making an impossible filter just to get a clean start.

There is no way to make a report template (e.g. with company branding.)

I would like to have a better API for good integration with tests. And also the ability to make a traceability matrix. In my opinion, the link between manual and automated cases is poorly designed.
