The ability to organize my projects into categories is efficient and saves me time when I'm ready to start my testing. And the dashboard views are very informative at a quick glance. We had an issue in the past and their support team made quick work of helping us solve it. TestLodge is a vital part of my work and I use it with all my projects! The owner/dev is receptive to new feature additions, the Jira interface is ideal when running the test suite and generating tickets with.n Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about TestLodge? There needs to be templates available for test suite/case creation. Since user needs/requirements are different the ability to either create and insert custom templates or modify existing ones would be ideal. Recommendations to others considering TestLodge: Establish with the dev/owner, provide him with templates, suggestions on future improvements and keep the lines of communications open. It streamlines the creation of the test suites and enables the user to create multiple instances of various test suites and modify tailor them to the project needs.
