It has helped me save a lot of time when shortlisting candidates. The tests do a great job of covering the most common skills needed. The reports are clear, which makes it much easier to make hiring decisions. Candidates also find the testing process smooth and straightforward. **What do you dislike about Testlify?** Some highly specialized or advanced skills are not explored in great depth. Integrating the product with other tools requires a fair amount of effort. At times, support responses can be somewhat slow. As for the implementation of the product, I am not sure, since I have only use the tool twice. **What problems is Testlify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems Testlify is solving: Hiring often takes too long and is based too much on resumes, which don’t always show if a person can actually do the job. It’s easy to waste time interviewing candidates who aren’t the right fit. How it’s benefiting: Testlify cuts down that wasted time by letting us quickly test real skills before interviews. This means we only spend time with serious candidates who can actually perform. It also reduces bias in hiring since decisions are based more on skills than just background.
