But also, you have the option to write your own questions if you want to. All our candidates knew how to use it, we never got any complaints in that area. So I guess I can call it user-friendly. I once wanted to check something but didn't know how so I contacted their CS team and I've been told they don't have the feature I was looking for in their platform. Weeks later I received an email from them saying they added the feature and is ready to use! I was so surprised by their email and so impressed, to be honest.
