Traditional hiring often wastes a lot of time on unqualified candidates or misses out on great ones who don’t shine on paper. By automating skill assessments and making them easy to customize per role, Testlify saves recruiters time, reduces bias, and ensures that only truly capable candidates reach the final stages.
