I liked how easy it was to work with Testimonial Hero and how responsive they were to communication about our customer story narratives. They required very little coaching. The information we provided in our Discovery Docs was more than enough to get great interviews from our customers and the collaboration platform for feedback on the drafts of the video made it so easy to get to the final finished piece.
