Describe the project or task Testimonial Hero helped with:

Testimonial Hero filmed, edited, and produced a video case study for my company. From my end, the process was extremely easy and hassle free. I completed a discovery doc in which I outlined the main points I wanted captured in the testimonial. From there, Testimonial Hero coordinated with the subject matter expert to film the case study. After the shoot, I received a first cut of the testimonial. It was so good -- hitting every point I had hoped to make -- I hardly made any edits.

I want to note that the video was filmed at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was worried that the B roll film would look off with only one person in the video, but Testimonial Hero did such a great job in their filming and editing that you don't even notice it.

The team at Testimonial Hero was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. I'm looking forward to my next project with them and would recommend them to anyone who wants a high-quality visual marketing asset. In fact, I am so impressed with their work (as is everyone at my company) that I have already recommended them to other marketers in my network.

As a marketing professional, I've worked with teams internally before to do client testimonials. They have gone fairly well, but testimonial hero delivered a top-notch product. Inaki was terrific to work with and was always quick to respond. Having a third party do production and interact with our client provided a safe layer that made the client feel more comfortable. Testimonial Hero treated the client professionally, and our clients enjoyed the experience. It's a collaborative experience, so be prepared to assist with some collateral and make suggestions.
