It’s been a year we are making our digital experience seamless with the help of the TestGrid platform. Team TestGrid have developed an amazing AI driven platform that not only helps you with private infrastructure but the suggestions shared by their AI to improve our apps performance are always spot on. Being into the insurance sector we were reluctant to move to cloud infrastructure for our testing needs due to security concerns but TestGrid helped us to deploy the infrastructure on premise and still use their AI for testing **What do you dislike about TestGrid?** The availability of devices in the public cloud is a little too late, perhaps they can add more devices to make sure everyone gets the device they need. BTW this is a feedback for free usage I think they would have already noted this and corrected for paid users. **What problems is TestGrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Testing our insurance application in a codeless manner with the infrastructure hosted on premise and analysing performance pit falls of our apps and api's ### 2. The user interface is easy to navigate though it could benefit from an improvements. **What do you dislike about TestGrid?** TestGrid falls short in providing documentation and a user friendly interface, to navigate and utilize its features. By subscribing to TestGrid we were able to side-line other tools that we subscribed to for our API and performance testing. While talking to the team we were able to understand that TestGrid is bootstrapped and that is the reason why it was able to offer such quality products at one place and at such a low price. We already had a device farm in place but were still struggling to get the most out of it **What do you dislike about TestGrid?** We really got to know about the platform quite late, they were in the market for long but I think now they are betting heavily on marketing.
