TestGorilla is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. I was able to set up and run assessments within minutes—no tutorials or walkthroughs needed. The clean interface made navigation seamless. One standout feature is the ability to send the assessments to myself first—this allowed me to experience the test as a candidate would, which was hugely helpful. Reviewing completed assessments was just as simple; I could quickly jump into individual profiles and see detailed results, including resumes submitted through the Jobs beta page. For a free tool, it delivers a highly professional and polished experience which is really great for us as start up.

There isn’t much to dislike, especially considering the value of the free version. That said, the Jobs feature is still in beta but I'd love the ability to edit job posts after creation.
