I initially found using TestGorilla smooth and very useful for hiring purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I felt like TestGorilla is a systemic scam. When I tried to cancel my subscription, I couldn't find the section, unlike on other platforms. It worsened when I couldn't log in anymore, and the system auto-renewed my yearly subscription. I had to reach out via email to ask for cancellation, and they said they can't cancel the account. Even after that, I still don't have login access. They failed to understand the main issue and provide solutions. I suggest adding a cancellation option in the account management section instead of requiring email cancellations and giving customers what they paid for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most important and recent thing that I like most in the TestGorilla platform is the analytics dashboard, which has been redesigned for more clarity and performance. Now it is more effective in filtering and reporting the candidate's information, also the loading result time is now very much improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two things where TestGorilla can improve are:-

1. Pricing - can offer flexible or less competitive plans to reach the maximum user base, also making cancellations easier.

We've recently started to adopt TestGorilla assessments, we've been searching for something that gives us super objective and standardised data to help us assess who the top percentile candidates potentially are. The Account management team have been great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really as of yet, there are A LOT of assessment, which is great, but it's hard to know what tests we should / shouldn't combine in the same groups. I am very ciocious of candidate experience in these things, I am glad candidates can see the results but it would be good if it offer them tips / advice on how to improve / what to work on within their poorer assessments.
