I don't like that you can't set test expiration dates for each individual candidate with the "Invite by URL" option, and must use the "Invite by Email" option to do that. As a recruiter, I value how easily I can invite candidates to complete a task and set a clear deadline. The reminders are especially helpful - if someone doesn’t take the task on time, we can cancel it without incurring any test fees.

The option to see the candidate’s photos while they work is also insightful; it often reveals a lot about the person and their attitude. In cooperation with my tech colleagues we don’t focus solely on the end result - thanks to the platform, we can track each candidate’s approach and thinking process, which is extremely valuable.The system provides information on whether someone cheated while completing the task, which allows us to be more vigilant towards that candidate.

We have recently started to use the video proctoring - good to have this option, too!

Disadvantages:

After sending an invitation to a potential user, it is not visible on any list - it only becomes visible after the user accepts the invitation.

It is not possible to resend an invitation to a user.

If the candidate does not complete the test on time, the invitation sent is wasted - the system does not cancel it automatically, which would be advisable.
