
The time to value really stood out, it took us less than a month for our squad to be live and starting to structure test cases of our digital employee experience platform. It was easy to use and our QA team right away embraced it as there go to tool for managing complex test cycles. We’ve been putting it through its paces, at least for much of the last year, to validate features that inspect employee endpoints and applications. While there are a strong number of features around core test management, building dashboards tailored to specific stakeholder groups will take some doing. It's been a slow burn in terms of wider usage than our core QA team members since it does require some setup, but for those that do use it, approximately 25% across the company currently, it is mainly an admin and QA tool as well.
