"Fast Setup and Strong QA Integration, but Wider Adoption Takes Time"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

The time to value really stood out, it took us less than a month for our squad to be live and starting to structure test cases of our digital employee experience platform. It was easy to use and our QA team right away embraced it as there go to tool for managing complex test cycles. We’ve been putting it through its paces, at least for much of the last year, to validate features that inspect employee endpoints and applications. Integration with our project management feature really smoothly ties testers and developers together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

While there are a strong number of features around core test management, building dashboards tailored to specific stakeholder groups will take some doing. It's been a slow burn in terms of wider usage than our core QA team members since it does require some setup, but for those that do use it, approximately 25% across the company currently, it is mainly an admin and QA tool as well. "Easy Cloud Setup and Great Support, but Lacks Standard Features"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

The low hanging fruit was one of the biggest reasons for us. We loved that it was a cloud-based solution, so we were up and running with 15 users creating test plans in just days for our CAI-powered inbox. It is so easy to use, and that was really important for our clinicians and technicians to get on board with minimal training. We rely on it everyday to verify critical workflows for labs and prescriptions. The customer support was also good, they ve helped us a lot for how to organize the test cases in line with compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

We do not have enough standard features, or really any of them that cannot be accomplished in a round-about way, but this is too slow and laborious. Product usage for the broader org is 20% since it has been phased out to non technical teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great value for the money."
What do you like best about TestCollab?

For a team of around 20 users like ours, TestCollab offers an excellent balance between affordability and functionality. The cloud installation process was fast, and we were able to begin developing new test cases by the end of the day. Its interface is sleek and intuitive, which made onboarding new users much easier. We use it daily for testing in our custom software development projects. In terms of features, it meets our needs, providing test planning, execution, and basic reporting. We also appreciated the highly responsive customer service during our setup phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

Our team of over 150 people has not yet fully adopted the platform, with fewer than 30% currently using it extensively—some teams had established routines before. While the core features are solid and reliable, the built-in reporting tools might feel somewhat limited for those who require more detailed project analysis. "I need a test management channel testing (posting works fine)."
What do you like best about TestCollab?

The website is simple to use and our team didn't have much difficulty in transitioning. We liked it after testing it for around six months, so we bought a year’s worth of the license and have since renewed. We use it everyday to handle test cases for our Salesforce consulting business, especially to test custom objects and AppExchange package installs. The roll out was smooth and its great to integrate it with our other systems. Your support team were great about the install - speedy replies to all our setup questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

Although it includes all functions I (we) needed, the UI for managing a large amount of testcases could be better. A couple of the coolest are not immediately evident and it takes a bit of playing around to fully appreciate how they can be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Reliable Test Management That Just Works!"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

It’s simple and convenient to use. The test cases are easy to create, and the tests are easy to organize, meaning our analysts can focus on testing rather than being frustrated with difficult software. The dashboard provides a clear, up-to-date picture of our testing progress, which is helpful when we want to do an at-a-glance status check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

Some of the advanced capabilities are somewhat stripped down compared to dedicated tools. Reporting could be more customizable for deeper analysis, and the system of user permissions could offer more granular control for bigger teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and efficient to manage your test cycles"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

It's refreshingly simple to use. It's an extremely easy to use platform, that so my team were installing and creating our test case library within minutes without needing to be trained for a long time. I particularly like the clean layout of test plans and runs. Being able to rapidly check a dashboard of current progress with pass/fail rates saves me from having to ask 1-100 people for a current status. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

Some of the more sophisticated features, such as its AI attributes, seem as if they're still evolving. I also wish the reporting dashboard had some more visual options so I could more quickly get a graphical sense of project health. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Real World Application on Lean Testing journey"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

TestCollab has been a great inclusion to our testing process. The ease of use is definitely something that makes Visme very special – the interface is simple, so our team was able to catch on fast without needing too much of a learning curve. Setup was effortless, they even led us through onboarding through their support team. The platform is packed with features (including a real-time dashboards and AI-based test case creation) that allow you to take control of every aspect of testing in one place. We use it every day and it keeps all the stuff in one place. Customer support is dependable, and they are there for quick questions when we need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

Not a lot to dislike, but it could be better. More flexibility when coding reports (in a designer view) as sometimes need a little digging that’s not easy to extract. The interface is serviceable, but it looks a little old. It can take some time getting fully comfortable, particularly for newer team members, with the number of features. Everything was pretty smooth to install, though more comprehensive tutorials for more complex setups would be welcome. Support is fantastic, sometimes trick questions take time. Because we use it all the time, these are minor irritations but they bear mentioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Our Test Process was Simplified from Day One"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

The best part was just how fast we were able to get started. Transitioning from this spreadsheet mess to a system as structured as you’ve made it was a boarding smooth. The interface is clean and doesn’t make itself a distraction so everyone on the team can use it without a steep learning curve. I really really really need the option to add custom statuses and fields – I should be able to structure the board exactly how we work, not the other way around. The real-time dashboards are awesome to quickly see from a high level where we are with a release without having to sort through reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

The main functions are strong, but the reporting module could be deeper and more customizable for further analysis. I would also like to have more freedom in the way we organize/test case when we are in a test run, it can be a little bit frustrating if you have a very specific way you want to structure a test cycle. "Added Much Needed Structure To Our Testing Process"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

The visibility into our testing progress that the platform provides is top-notch in clear and simple dashboards. It is also straightforward to monitor completion status and discover bottleneck quickly. The centralized test case management has removed queries over versions and being out of date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

Setting everything up at first was more involved than I had anticipated. Some of the reporting features could be more versatile to meet our compliance and documentation requirements in healthcare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Solid Core Platform with Intelligent Integrations"
What do you like best about TestCollab?

The tight integration with Jira is what I like best. Generating detailed bug reports into our projects automatically has saved us hours of time and room for error entering data manually. Basic test management features are sturdy and consistent, there is a nice setup for all our test cases and runs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestCollab?

The AI superpowers for creating test cases are fairly average and the AI is good only as long as you give her a very detailed and specific prompt, also it tends to be quite generic. The basic setting up for workflow automations could be a bit more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
