A better UX would boost the product a lot **Recommendations to others considering Test IO:** If your test flow is well defined and you don't have in-house QA this is definitely a good choice. Need to have a very detailed set of instructions so there's a big investment in there at the beginning. **What problems is Test IO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regression bugs and overall confirming that the app is not broken when new features are introced ### 2. We also found numerous suggestions on improving our UI/UX experience. ### 4. This gives us on-demand fresh eyes for less than the cost of having ONE full-time QA person in-house. Pretty amazing! **What do you dislike about Test IO?** This is a newer platform, so its still evolving. But that means you have a voice in how it improves...so gift and the curse really. **What problems is Test IO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to make our dev team's feedback look totally autonomous without our upper management being involved. Tests can be set up in a matter of minutes and results comes in quickly, normally within 24 hours or less. **What do you dislike about Test IO?** The only thing I dislike is that sometimes there are a lot of comments to sift from, from all the testers in order to find the heavy hitting bugs. **What problems is Test IO solving and how is that benefiting you?** This has helped us increase conversion rate because of many incremental changes made by catching browser and device specific bugs ### 11. Their attention to detail for any testing that we submit to them has been amazing and we have seen immediate returns and hope to continue more in the future. **What do you dislike about Test IO?** I cant say at this time there are many things to dislike. I think at first we had some issues with process for submitting test runs but I believe that was due to the current process for on-boarding new companies and to make sure that we were getting the maximum results for our contract. **What problems is Test IO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think that the biggest benefit that we have received so far is the ability to add on 10x the amount of testers than we previously were using for our regression tests and the value has been excellent. ### 13. From sales through implementations and support the people at Test.Io have been on top of things. **What do you dislike about Test IO?** The UI isn't always the most intuitive, but its manageable once you've done something once or twice. For more complex products, and more complicated testing, it takes some time to get things setup to a point where you are getting useful feedback. That said though I don't know it could go any faster than it does. **What problems is Test IO solving and how is that benefiting you?** This helped free up internal resources to work on more complicated testing. Gets you a lot of eyes and feedback fast. ### 14. Specifically instructions and out of scope text should auto-populate from past tests. Triaging the results can be tedious, as the same "won't fix" or "by design" items are found each test run. **What problems is Test IO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have limited human resources available for manual QA. Test.io bridges that gap. We simply don't have humans dedicated to spending hours looking for problem. ### 15.
