I wouldn’t say there’s anything I dislike about Tessitura — the community and staff are always open to feedback and genuinely committed to improving both the technology and customer experience. If anything, the platform’s robust capabilities come with an initial learning curve, but Tessitura provides excellent free training resources and a responsive support team that make the journey both manageable and rewarding.
