What I see that could improve is having an app both for mobile and desktop, that would help a lot, it would optimize time greatly. There could also be free plan versions where I can add a team, people to my plan, monitor and allocate credit to them as I see fit, without having to share the entire balance with everyone on the team, having greater control over what I think of the people on my team. The function of adding audio when speaking is amazing, but it has a lot of errors, it doesn't always work. There are also some bugs on the platform, sometimes it's necessary to log in again, and that's very annoying. Having to wait to reach 1000 to redeem monetization is not fair, you know? Being able to withdraw earlier would be amazing, if they offered a limit, say, of 10 dollars, etc., but 1000 is absurd... but it's good, really very good.
