What do you like best about Tesorio?

That, unlike other accounting applications, Tesorio is really friendly user,pretty much self-explanatory, which helps a lot with colleagues that are using this app for the very first time. It has various funtions, which makes it competitive and reliable. It has a well structured customer support service, so if there's no other colleague around, you can always comunicate with the suppor team if further doubts arises. Having so many features also allows it to be a "must used daily" app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

"A Helpful Tool for AR Forecasting"

What do you like best about Tesorio?

The simple and clear interface is easy to use for beginners. It also has all the basic functions to display and summarize the dataset. I use it to feed my Bad Debt analysis and find it a very helpful tool to track AR forecasts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust and User Friendly"

What do you like best about Tesorio?

Tesorio pulls pertinent data from Salesforce and NetSuite. This enables me to properly categorize each customer account and pull in desired data into my reporting.

I am able to customize campaigns and either set and forget them or trigger them manually.

The Tesorio dashboard tells a comprehensive story about your portfolio, such as, total cash collected, missed promise to pays, risk accounts and which buckets to focus on with your campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

The monthly cash forecast ebbs and flows. This may work for some but we set a solid target every month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for tracking outstanding invoices and their status"

What do you like best about Tesorio?

Tesorio is a great repository for all of our outstanding invoices. It helps us to organize invoices by status, and drill into certainty around cash flow timing. It has helpful tools to isolate customers that are on time with payment vs. historically pay late. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great collections efforts while using the Tesorio platform."

What do you like best about Tesorio?

Tracking of multiple aspects of a customer record, including linking emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

It would be very helpful to have a tab just for attachments, and not that the only option to attach something is to an invoice. If we send the customer a written collections letter, not by email, I can't attach that in the general record, only to one invoice record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tesorio?

Tesorio has allowed us to automate the vast majority of our collections process, allowing for greater penetration rates and better insight into the health of our portfolio. We consistently have great response times when issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

Tesorio has some glitches that can be frustrating when working because they are disruptive. The email module isn't ideal but if you're able to use it more as a reference rather than the primary email for communicating with customers, it would be much easier. "Great experiences with Tesorio"

What do you like best about Tesorio?

The ability to communicate directly with customers through the Tesorio interface to send or follow up on invoices, as well as see all communications sent or received for those specific invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

For the most part, I have no complaints. The only thing that I'm not fond of is that to see the itemized invoice PDF, it takes multiple clicks and I have to open the PDF up outside of Tesorio. I'd really like to have an in-app PDF reader or preview, so I can check the contents of the PDF Invoice without having to open new tabs every time. That would enable me to scan through multiple invoices faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
