A huge win is that our NetSuite integration runs flawlessly. Tesorio was super easy to implement and our CSM and Support are always super responsive when we have ongoing questions. **What do you dislike about Tesorio?** I'd appreciate a more frequent integration with NetSuite than 3 times per day – and being able to include pay links in our NetSuite invoices. Knowing which features are included versus not are sometimes difficult to figure out as well. **What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tesorio has allowed us to manage a larger client base without increasing headcount through automation, workflows, and streamlined communication. The visibility that the notes and tags allow the executive team and sales reps to see my progress has improved our collections tremendously. Also, sending past due reminders from tesorios is very helpful and time saving. **What do you dislike about Tesorio?** Syncing issue. it would be great if we you upgrade this to real time syncing. **Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:** Its a very useful tool, Best part is its customization features which saves times. Posting notes as per the latest updates is also a very useful feature. Last but not the least Tesorio team support is very helpful and always available for us and open for making any changes and providing resolutions on time. **What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Extraction of Statements in a few seconds. It's functions allow you to include multiple attachments which can be time consuming to do if manually drafting individual emails. It's also great for running detailed reports. Customer support is quick to respond and assist with user issues. **What do you dislike about Tesorio?** The reports and filters can be tricky to customize. There are some filters that are not available. The collaborative nature is a huge plus, my collegues can easily check when a customer has been contacted, find email addresses and this means that we are not duplictating work. Very easy to run reports and to convert these to excel so that information can be shared with colleagues on other teams. Sending automated email campaigns and statements is essential and Tesorio does this very reliably. The 'Tags' Feature means that you can tell at a glance the overall status of an account and move on quickly iof no action is needed. **What do you dislike about Tesorio?** There is a delay in the sync between Netsuite and Tesorio - that may be our issue not Tesorio thpugh or perhaps I need to learn to be more patient... **What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tesorio helps to keep me organised and focused, I am able to organise my day efficiently.
