Our company runs our entire dunning campaign through Tesorio, and compared to many other service providers, Tesorio has the advantage of logging all communications in the system. It compiles all our invoices and requirements in one page—basically,a handy and good software to manage business.We have been using Tesorio since a long time now, it has really been a good software in managing all things related to Accounts receiveable i.e. customer payments, Credit memos, invoices. The different innovations that tesorio have had always been a good thing for our company. For eg:
-Recently, we tried to automate payments into NS. Tesorio did a great job in automating payments via uploading the bank statement and then integarting the same to NetSuite. It has helped a lot in my day to day transactions.
- Tesorio gave us opportunity to design a template and then send emails to customers. It has been a good time management thing i have ever come accross.

Actually, nothing to dislike but sometimes there is issue with server. However, it gets resolved within a day which is a good thing. Also, the issue of server comes once in a year, which is not at all to worry about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy operational task, forecast collection as it assesses the payment date by checking history, tags makes it easier to classify invoices in different categories, assign anyone when needed, display board helps in easy assessment of aging and cash trends, helps to know which customers we need to focus on by showing customers at risk, helps to identify customers who haven't paid timely, quick availability of excel reports, shows detailed data for every partner with varied number of filters to put on, helps to set campaigns to meet our daily/weekly goals. Overall a good tool which has helped in a lot of ways as it has reduced the burden of maintaining excel files and preparing reports. Whenever there is is some doubt, customer support is readily available from tesorio team. Tesorio was implemented after demo sessions with ease and team was able to use the tool effectively. While only certain departments at my company have access to Netsuite or Salesforce, a much wider range of people have access to Tesorio, which integrates with the other two. This has made it much easier to communicate and collaborate across teams, and to make the financial data and invoicing visible to those that need to access it. I'm only an occasional user, but I especially like being able to see the history of invoices/credit memos, emails, notes, etc. as well as the analytics for collections. Again, I'm an occasional user and I only go in to look at very specific things. While the interface is easy to navigate and relatively intuitive, I find that I forget some of the workflows between my uses. I sometimes also struggle with company names vs account names vs invoicing entity, and how everything rolls up in the hierarchy. All the team members can access the same data simultaneously and in real time. Anyone can look at it without being dependept on the other.

This has taken our automated contacts for dunning and statements to the next level. It's also giving us invaluable insight into stats, trends, and account histories. Some of the automation setups are a little clunky and take some know how to set them up initially but after a few campaigns are set up it's much easier.

I love the dashboards in Tesorio that allow you to tag and pull invoices that need special action into one spot. The notes are very helpful because we are able to write them back into NetSuite and Domo so that anyone in our finance organization who has questions on our cash goal or invoices getting paid can have insight into the work we are doing trying to collect. It also helps us manage our AR Team and have clear insight into the work that is being done to collect on each invoice. I am the admin for Tesorio and the access to edit the templates, and campaigns as per my own choice is very easy.

Effective collections rely on consistent reminders and check-ins with customers. Tesorio allowed us to automate these processes, sending notifications days before the due date, on the due date, and at regular intervals after a payment is overdue. Additionally, Tesorio stores email copies with each invoice or customer record, ensuring that discussions are retained and accessible for the entire collections team. It was so easy to implement and integrate with SageIntacct and the Banking system we were running in the system within a month. The support team is great. Best Features are like Customized Tagging, Prediction of payments, Assigning invoices and customers to each other, Posting Notes and extracting of Customized dunning reports in excel, sharing statements to partners in every format.

It's a convenient tool for sending out collection emails when you have a high volume of invoices. It's functions allow you to include multiple attachments which can be time consuming to do if manually drafting individual emails. It's also great for running detailed reports.
