What do you like best?

Spent many years in A/R and Collections, but first time with a company utilizing this product for these functions over the last 6 months. It really simplifies the job and could become a go-to system for many businesses looking to move away from some of the older A/R operating systems (while still being compatible with some of them and can be used in tandem). Would highly recommend to companies seeking operational efficiency and organization for their collections/receivables efforts with a system built specifically to help in that realm. What do you dislike?

Still lacks robust reporting capabilities, but the data is there to be managed externally (e.g. in Excel) if needed. It is possible that there is more for me to discover in this regard. What do you like best?

The daily updates of the dashboard allow the team to focus on the accounts in need of attention. The customization of the dashboard allows each team member to see their issues at a glance. The running record of the collector's contact notes is well organized and allows all team members to understand issues and recommend corrective actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It would be useful to create custom aging reports instead of using the standard 30-60-90 day tranches. This would allow the team to focus on the aging as it will appear at reporting date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prior to using Tesorio, the collections team maintained contact notes in an excel file which was cumbersome and difficult to sort through to follow the history. The tags and notes within the Tesorio app are far more useful and efficient with the team's time. This allows the team to get more done during the work day. What do you like best?

If anyone thinks an enterprise company that has a lower volume of invoices doesn’t need a collection tool like Tesorio, think again, as it helps us gain massive efficiency in accounts receivable. Tesorio also gives us a higher level of consistency in our communication with our strategic customers so they feel like they are our most important client, even though they are part of a behind the scenes automated campaign.

This great tool definitely outshines other competitors in many ways!

The implementation was fast and easy. Literally it took us a couple days to get it live and with no interruption to our daily work.

We love the two way sync with our ERP system, NetSuite.

Assigning a tag/ label makes collaboration easy, and gives our team a workspace to manage tasks. With clear workflow and efficiency on Tesorio, we are able to have fun while working as a remote team, unlike the good old days stressing out about collections.

The solution provides the insights we need for forecasting short term cash flows with great confidence.

What do you like best?

We have it integrated with NetSuite and use it for maintaining real-time notes on our customer receivable balances that are past due. This has allowed us to ditch our AR aging spreadsheets that contained these notes before and that were outdated the minute they are produced. We also use Tesorio to send automated emails to customers with copies to relevant people within our sales organization. We found the functionality in NetSuite on these two items was quite lacking. As a result of using Tesorior, we gain back valuable time allowing our team to be much more efficient at cash collection activities. We've seen a decent drop in our DSO since we implemented approximately 18 months ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We've had some issues with automated collection emails being hung up in customer's spam filters. It would be great if there were some ways that Tesorio could help with reducing this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Tesorio has been most helpful with having an established email campaign. Prior to having Tesorio, I would need to set aside quite a bit of time each week to manually send emails to customers regarding their past due or upcoming invoices. What do you like best?

I love the dashboards in Tesorio that allow you to tag and pull invoices that need special action into one spot. The notes are very helpful because we are able to write them back into NetSuite and Domo so that anyone in our finance organization who has questions on our cash goal or invoices getting paid can have insight into the work we are doing trying to collect. It also helps us manage our AR Team and have clear insight into the work that is being done to collect on each invoice. The Dunning campaigns have allowed us to reliably reach out to customers on a set cadence and have been entirely customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We had a slight problem figuring out how to assign different levels of internal contacts to dunning campaigns and wanted to be able to bring in different levels of management when invoices were at different stages of aging. The support team helped us reconfigure our contacts so that we could have two levels. That was a great help! Our key problem that we have solved is not having insight into invoices and payment across our organization. Now everyone in the organization can have the same insight on an invoice/customer as does the AR specialist assigned to that customer. Tesorio campaigns also solved the problem of letting collections slip/waiting too long between emails to customers. What do you like best?

The ability to customise our dunnings - particularly for the high volume - low value ledger that we do not have the capacity or option with our current ERP to reach out to individually. We also utilise the 'tag' feature as an easy way to identify different groups of customers that does not require time consuming manual grouping. Tesorio's support team are always on hand & available to assist with some issues & suggest resolutions or processes to work with our requests. The building of dunning campaigns are very user friendly & can adapt to whatever way you wish to run while the approval process is very easy & keeps stats on the number of dunnings sent. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

Easy intergartion with NetSuite and the orginazation of outstanding debt for easy veiwing. It is easy to split out customers to our collectgions team and track progress for collections. The automated dunning emails are easy to setup and incredibly helpful in reaching out to clients.

The customer serive from the Tesorio team is fast and effiecient in responding to any questions or issues.

We use Tesorio for more than 2 years now. The implementation was really easy and quick.

Simple interface, dashboards provide the information we need. Very flexible software that meets our needs in collections. We built the dunning reminders to suit our and customer needs. Tesorio has a great customer support team, whenever we need help they are always there for us!

What do you like best?

Easy implementation with no/ minimal engineering effort.

Salesforce integration is a real benefit for us.

Able to provide Sales Teams insight into the world of finance with easy to use filters and functions which improves visibility and a reduction in internal question/ data handling.

What do you dislike?

Can only connect one payment gateway for invoices to be paid on CC i.e. only collect CC payments in once currency - we connected our USD gateway, which has resulted in our AUD invoices being settled in USD, which causes problems for finance.

The ability to split campaigns and reports etc across multiple subsidiaries and currencies is clunky.

What do you like best?

As a company is hyper-growth mode, we needed something that would be easy to implement and see immediate time and energy savings. Tesorio was absolutely the tool for the job. By just putting a few of their features in place, Tesorio allowed us to maintain our collection rates as we continued to grow, without increasing the time and effort spent. When we added more team members and could devote more time to the project, we were able to circle back to further develop our Tesorio tools to create even more efficiencies within AR. What do you dislike?

While Tesorio accomplishes the "must have features" we were looking for, an area that we would like to see improvement on is the ability to help forecast. We loved the AR dunning process and have seen an improvement in our DSO as a result

Mass communications to customers is easy to schedule and manage. We use Tesorio to send customer statements and that has been extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few things in the works like being able to sort the AR aging by invoicing item type. But overall there is not much to dislike. This is a truly great product.

This is the easiest implementation I ave ever seen. WE on boarded about 6-8 users and them start using the system in the very first week.

What do you like best?

- Ease of use. It is a simple, straight forward, powerful interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The product roadmap is still being worked through. I love the software, want to use it in more areas to address more things but some of the features are still on the roadmap and not entirely baked. The team is very forward thinking and great to work with so I have no concerns that they will execute on additional features that make the product even better. Recommendations to others considering the product:

The tools that are available are awesome. Not every need you might have right now will be met, but they will get there and you will enjoy the experience a ton in the meantime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Time saver. Instead of having to build reports and models from data in NetSuite we get to move things to the decision state. Analysis and review of FX, AR, collections, and AP are much easier to manage.

- A more functional way to assess ForEx exposure on a more regular basis.

- Super slick management of customer invoices, collections, and the communication surrounding these items.

- Very easy way to manage short term cash forecasting and working capital management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
