"Tesorio continues to adapt to the latest industry collection standards using automation and AI"

What do you like best about Tesorio?

The team behind Tesorio helps Smartsheet do more with less with their always improving products and services. When we bring ideas to the Tesorio team for additional use cases or automations, their team often has existing or upcoming features that they are excited to help us with enablement.

The collections tools that are offered have rapidly expanded in features over the past five years. It has allowed us to scale our monthly cash collections by over 3X while being able to keep our headcount within a reasonable budget.

Tesorio has also improved on being able to handle increased data sets from our ERP. We are able to provide visibility from the system to our Sales team using a Salesforce plugin to give them visibility on our latest collection efforts. When we first started using Tesorio, the product was primarily only able to intake data from our systems, but now there are integrations and workflows that push data from Tesorio to Salesforce, Netsuite, Slack, and more.

As Smartsheet continues to grow, we continue to look forward to our partnership with Tesorio for our Cash, Collections, and Forecasting needs.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

Tesorio has made improvements to what we can utilize from our ERP source data, but I would like to see further control on what we import and do not import from these systems. In addition, we would like to see additional details beyond the Account level data in Salesforce to include Quotes and Opportunities to help us reduce the need to duplicate fields so Tesorio can import the relevant data.

In addition, while we enjoying seeing additional features are being offered à la carte to best fit our needs, the products that we help beta test can sometimes be missing essential features that can be difficult to justify the costs to our leadership. This is often temporary as Tesorio is transparent in sharing product roadmaps and can usually justify the costs within a year of new product or feature launches.

Recommendations to others considering Tesorio:

Tesorio is a great product to set up and use, especially if this is your first time utilizing automation software for dunning at scale.

What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We reduced our production time with dunning emails by building automated campaigns that target our customer base, ultimately increasing the speed at which we collect cash. Tesorio also allows us to communicate effectively cross functionally by keeping our latest notes, data, and production all in one system that syncs back to Netsuite, Salesforce and Slack. We are also able to move some of our lower ARR customers to be handled entirely by automation rather than having to assign a specific team member to the accounts allowing us to scale lean.

"Tesorio is very friendly to use , a very good tool."

What do you like best about Tesorio?

The leyout are great ease to search and to be able to tag invoices are awesome

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

So far I do not have anything I dislike.

What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tesorio helps identify invocies taht are current or past due, also allow us to tagg and advise for veiwers what status the invoices on like tobe suspended or if PO needed or so, it is so complete.

"Great Partners"

What do you like best about Tesorio?

Tesorio has allowed us to automate the vast majority of our collections process, allowing for greater penetration rates and better insight into the health of our portfolio. We consistently have great response times when issues arise.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

Tesorio has some glitches that can be frustrating when working because they are disruptive. The email module isn't ideal but if you're able to use it more as a reference rather than the primary email for communicating with customers, it would be much easier.

What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing Tesorio for collections, we didn't have automated dunning or the ability to tag invoices as disputed, etc. Tesorio has allowed us to automate dunning for the vast majority of our customers so our team of collectors can focus on accounts that need specialized attention.

"Great experiences with Tesorio"

What do you like best about Tesorio?

The ability to communicate directly with customers through the Tesorio interface to send or follow up on invoices, as well as see all communications sent or received for those specific invoices.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

For the most part, I have no complaints. The only thing that I'm not fond of is that to see the itemized invoice PDF, it takes multiple clicks and I have to open the PDF up outside of Tesorio. I'd really like to have an in-app PDF reader or preview, so I can check the contents of the PDF Invoice without having to open new tabs every time. That would enable me to scan through multiple invoices faster.

What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me personally, Tesorio has been a huge help in tracking overdue invoices and allowing me to easily track communications with the customer around them. I spend a lot less time scanning through my emails, and can quickly follow up or resend invoices when necessary.

"Intuitive and powerful AR software"

What do you like best about Tesorio?

Tesorio has taken our AR collections process to the next level. Previously we were using a mix of manual methods to keep track of invoices, now it is all in one central location and fully automated so that the manual process of following up with clients has been taken off our plate. There are all the features you could want, from invoice and customer tagging to a host of detailed data insights.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

Nothing noted to date. The team is very responsive and was committed to ensuring that we were well set up and getting the most value out of the product. They are continuing to roll out improvements and updates.

What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automating AR collections processes. Tesorio has enabled us to fully automate our AR collections process, improving our AR aging and reducing the amount of manual team hours.

"Tesorio, one spot for all AR needs!"

What do you like best about Tesorio?

Tesorio is an extremely helpful tool. Out of the many interesting features it posses few are as follows:

1. It is very help that we can put the promise to pay date against each invoice. This helps in tracking payment.

2. Various tags help us to understand the history of an invoice just by looking at it.

3. Tesorio is very user friendly and helps in cash forcast basis on payment trend of a customer.

4. The dashboard helps to analyse the progress on each invoice/customer.

5. Setting campaign helps to send e-mail as per organisational needs.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

Invoices reflect the balance amount against it. However, there is no visibility for original invoice amount. This is confusing in case of shortpayment as only balance amount reflects against it instead of both original and balance amount.

It reduses the manual efforts.

Campaign helps in time follow up as per organisational needs.

Dashboard shows bucket wise bifercation of invoices.

Cash collection against invoices is reflected at once.

"Overall experience with Tesorio"

What do you like best about Tesorio?

It helps in creating dunning templates, featuring a user-friendly interface. It also facilitates the review and tracking of overdue invoices. Streamlines report extraction with simplicity. We publish the aging reports to our leadership. It really helps us in giving accurate data. It prepares a dashboard for us which we use in our KPIs. Notes, customer promise to pay date, and tags for each invoice for also us in collecting the money. It also helps us in forecasting our cash. It really is a good tool.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

At times, the tool automatically logs off, which can be inconvenient. Otherwise, I find everything good

What problems is Tesorio solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have created two campaigns in Tesorio for our end-user customers and for our resellers. We have set criteria and email templates (different different tones) as per our AR policy. It helps us with the collection. This also shows the customer level and invoice level open balance view(as per the filter) and count along with the aging buckets. This tool is successfully integrated with our other tool(Netsuite). It syncs three times a day. It gives us the leverage to select the sync time according to us. And other than that we can sync the data any time we want. So it really helps.

It gives the list of those customers who are higher at risk, as a result, we can initiate a different approach for those customers. It also provides us the data like the customer who has missed paying as per their promise to pay date, again it helps us in collecting the data. Also, It also created reminders for us to take the necessary action, so that we cannot forget.

"Best cash flow review software. Easy to understand and use. Very quick in emailing."

What do you like best about Tesorio?

Dashboard view with all small tables and sending reminders for the payment using drafted templates. The goal button can edited it according to the needs. Mainly campaign for sending remidners.

What do you dislike about Tesorio?

It constantly disconnects with the team email ID when the password rest.
