Tersavia is an AI-first booking platform and CRM designed specifically for appointment-based businesses like spas, salons, med spas, and clinics. The booking platform is free forever and includes a full calendar, client CRM, memberships, packages, payroll, and commissions, plus booking notifications sent to the business owner by text and email—so you can manage appointments, clients, and your team without a monthly fee. Optional paid add-ons handle the work most owners never have time for: messaging to your own customers, AI-powered marketing, a 24/7 AI voice receptionist that answers calls and books appointments, Google review monitoring and responses, SEO content, social media posting, and an AI video studio. The result is an all-in-one system that gives a small business the front desk, marketing department, and reputation team it could never afford to hire—working around the clock to book more clients, capture every lead, and grow revenue.
